this world of doing most stuff online I am so really really pissed off with your company. I had a reasonable price online but after the dopey negative customer advisor spoke she wanted 800 quid more than my quote.! I answered all the questions truthfully.
It's just about the money right?
PS I'm a retired feeble but managing old bloke doing under 2000 miles a year in a 25 year old Mercedes.
What risk am I presenting? I'm not retired apparently. I am retired. Definitely. I know cos I'm home full time.
What's going on I'm probably the lowest risk of all your categories.
I don't expect one but would be nice if you at least reply.

Rubbish service. Terrible communication.
Cancelled my policy without calling or writing to me.
And refunded 40% of the premium after cover of only 35 days!!!
I feel properly ripped off by Peter Best Insurance.
Give them a wide birth.

Our records show that we contacted you regarding the required documents and allowed a reasonable period from the start of the policy for these to be provided. When they remained outstanding, a 7-day cancellation notice was issued, followed by a further 7-day extension to give additional time for the documents to be supplied. We contacted you via phone, email and sent notifications to your online customer account.
Unfortunately, as the requested documents were still not received, the policy was cancelled in line with the notice provided.
We're sorry this outcome was disappointing and appreciate your feedback.

My experience of this terrible and untrustworty company has not been a good one..
I paid for a policy prior to it beginning.
Was contacted to say they wanted to ammend a detail that would bring the price up significantly .
They then charged me £55. to cancel a policy that hadnt even began.
Customer service is unhelpful and robotic.
Didnt even bother to reply to my email regarding the issue and took £55 from my payment.
Shameless practices in my opinion.
Most certainly wouldnt recommend .
Interesting that you only reply when I write a review . Ill say no to your invite to contact your webpage as it was no use last time.

Customer service is non existent, may offer good prices but if you need help and reach out to them they are very slow to answer and not very good when they do.
Hi Molly, as I was unable to get a reply or speak to a customer advisor, I don't have those details. I waited over 30 minutes for a reply on chat even though there was 0 in the queue ahead of me.
