Horrendous
Horrendous. They take your money then completely ignore you. Ordered in 1st March. Contacted again on 28th of March. They blamed shipment to them, I told them to confirm eta or refund… nothing. Thankfully i paid with PayPal who on the 10th of June have refunded me.
Don’t trust this company, they will not deliver.

I ordered a travel pet crate - something went wrong , mo email confirming purchase but the money has been taken off my credit card. Nothing has arrived

Fabulous service. Ordered dogmatic face mask, collar and lead one day, came the next. Lovely man took my order over the phone. Couldn't have asked for more assistance than he gave!

Speedy service,quick delivery
I normally order my products from groomers online but the delivery service has dramatically gone down hill over the past few months and ordering from amazon has recently been a disaster , I placed my order with petcetera approx 1pm in the afternoon and was both surprised and extremely delighted when it arrived by approx 11am the following day, this is the best delivery service I have ever received so will be ordering my supplies from here for the foreseeable future.
