DISHONEST company!! Don't buy from them!!
Like others I was mislead into a subscription when I ordered 1 bottle. I specifically remember reading carefully and NOT getting the subscription! I paid $6.95 for 1 bottle. 3 weeks later they sent me 3 more bottles and charged me $96.95.
When I called to resolve and sent back the product
they sent they said I could send it back but I would have to pay shipping both ways. I then took my case to Paypal and am still trying to resolve it and get my money back!

This company should be upfront with there terms. Couldn’t read the fine print so little and it cost me 96.95. Product isn’t worth it. Asked for refund was given the runaround

Be careful with " special offers" below and in very tiny letters below says that if you don't cancel in 21 days, they will automatically ship you and charge you. In my case I got samples for $6.95 to find out 21 days after, they charged me $ 96 for the following order! Totally scam, stay away! Also, I am not even known if the product it's really good or not for my pets, but with this kind of dishonest beginning, not sure I want to buy anything from them!

I was considering getting this product but never hit the submit. They processed it anyway and then called me and told me of their mistake and offered a 25% discount. Without my permission or knowledge they signed me up for auto ship. I was charged an extra 29.99 which I did not know why but let it slide since they were nice at giving me the 25% off. Come to find out they had signed me up without my permission for the auto ship. This was May 2020. I got charged in Nov and Dec 29.99 each. I have moved twice since then and no product which, by the way, never authorized. In addition, I was told that I would have to pay for the return if I ever find where they are. Bad business and worse customer service.

My Dogs love to eat these. I give them the Joint chews, much easier than trying to hide a pill in there food.

I bought these for my daughters dogs hoping it would help. Her boxer started bleeding from the mouth shortly after starting on these treats. The bleeding stopped after stopping them. I do not recommend these treats. An expensive lesson for me.

I have a 12 year old 90 pound Weimaraner who has been my service dog for years. I've been watching him get slower and having a hard time getting up over the past year or so. He's been tired and almost depressed. He's dedicated and doesn't want to stop working but his struggling has been hard to watch.
We have tried other supplements with no change, only to watch him get slower and struggle more day after day. Recently I began thinking I was going to loose my right hand man. After just 4 days I was seeing a change with a little more pep in our walks but was sure it was just wishful thinking. This morning, at the one week mark, we went out for a morning walk. He's happy, attentive, and moving great. When we got home he wasn't headed for a soft spot in the grass, but grabbed a ball and wanted to play. Tossing the ball for him, he enjoyed chasing it down and was bouncing bringing it back to me! After just one week!
For a dog who is completely healthy with just joint pain from age, these chews are just what he needed. He is a picky eater and the taste of these supplements are like giving him a treat.
With this amount of change after just one week I'm wondering what we will see at one month. To have my boy happy and feeling good means so much. This supplement is going to add time for us to keep working together and I couldn't be happier.

Took forever to get. Ordered 6/10/19 got it 6/19/19. Then I find the wrong stuff in the shipment. Called petjoy and was told I need to return what I have and THEN they will ship out the right stuff. (perhaps). I was so worried about my dog I spent $138.00, waited 9 days to get it,so I can ship it back and wait another 18 days for what I paid for Maybe. Gee thanks for nothing!

Pet Joy were brilliant, their beds are fantastic and their customer service are top notch.
I live in Spain and have ordered one bed and a second cover both personalised, both orders arrived within a week. The quality is great and Hugo loved them both.
