Lost my money to these "government" scammers

Worst customer service- Wont give a FIG to new customers, quiet surprised they are still out there..!

Tried to purchase 1kg gold bullion. EXTREMELY poor customer service and delays caused the price of gold to increase by $30k before order completion. Requested cancellation, and refund of deposit. Despite numerous emails and being on hold for over 1 hour, no communication. 2 weeks later and my deposit has not been returned!!! Don't trust this company!

It is the wild west ie no idea who regulates them...

Put an order through online. Heard nothing in two weeks. They don't reply to emails and don't answer the phone. No idea if they will deliver my order or not.

PerthMint has extremely poor customer service. If you are an international buyer, you should carefully review their shipping invoices. They consistently send wrong invoices causing delays and extra charges. Moreover, they don’t respond to the issues. Think carefully before investing your hard earned money. Their product quality is not that great. After few coins, their designs are very repetitive. Overall, there are much better mints.

Been waiting on my product for a month and still not arrived. Raised a complaint and no response. Waited on the phone for 1h and gave up. This place is a scam

This has to be the most idiotic, useless website I have ever seen. They are unable to handle simple things like setting up an email account. Password just created doesn't work (this happens repeatedly) then you get all sorts of random errors (page unavailable etc).

If they cannot run a simple website, how can you trust them with your investments??

I give up on Perth Mint, will buy my gold elsewhere.

Fraud company will scam you out of money and never reponse. Avoid avoid avoid. Been waiting 4 weeks for a refund and still have no reponse.

Ordered items and delivered with no fuss to my door.
The package arrived in perfect condition in part due to the excellent wrapping, probably 4 layers in total.
Australia to UK in 5 days via FEDEX, the whole service was exemplary and the goods exceeded expectation.
I will definitely be using again.

Waited 1.5 hours to just buy a bullion coin due to ridiculous system of queue for waiting to register and wait queue for purchasing bullion and if you do not have your personal debit or credit card you can't buy. Business debit card does not work. Cash not accepted. It is not worth to visit Perth mint anymore to purchase anything. Waste of time. Sunday mint is open but you can't buy because gold/silver market is close. Never seen this short of stupidity anywhere in world.

I have precious metals held inside the mint for my SMSF these people take it upon themselves to shut down accounts claiming suspicious activity and you have to prove your not and jump through all there hoops unnecessarily the place is rife with corruption

I bought one of your 1 oz gold bars not too long ago, thinking it would be a great investment, However, as it turns out it's not even real gold, it's a mixture of copper, zinc, iron and cobalt - needless to say I'm not impressed at all by this. I thought you were a reputable company, being a mint, but that's where I went wrong. I'll never buy anything from this company ever again, what a waste...

I stopped at one of their outlets in Calgary, Alberta, Canada and bought a 1 Oz gold bullion bar. Their service was very friendly and they offered multiple
methods of payment. It was fast, easy, and reasonable interest on payment method. Walked out with my gold bar in under 10 mins. I paid the market price at the time of purchase which you can find on many apps for free, like Yahoo finance. Thanks Perth Mint I was extremely happy with your service.

Ordered a 20gram gold bar and still waiting after a week for delivery. Customer service is non existent. I was also told that I would receive an email after dispatch but that never happened. It took 2 days to get an email response and then a bunch of excuses despite the courier (Startrack) saying the order was to be delivered in 2 days which never happened. Perth Mint is rubbish and uses a rubbish courier company. Do NOT buy from Perth Mint

I made a "click and collect" web purchase of a silver coin on 25 November 2021 for a Christmas gift . Then got a same day reply saying "We have received your payment and your order is being prepared for despatch. Upon despatch a system generated email will be sent to you confirming collection/delivery details."

Since then, no further contact has been received !

My emailed enquiry has been ignored and I have wasted more than 90 minutes for someone to answer the phone without success.

Is this their idea of customer care ? Hope all of those responsible have a very Merry Christmas while I look like giving a gift of nothing !

What a great online experience I’ve had, I recently placed my 1st order with them for some Lunar Tiger coins. Realising that I’d missed an item off my order I contacted them via email, tentatively asking if the item could be added. Susan Thomas replied to my question, informing me that she had added the coin set as requested & attached a payment link for me. Not long after submitting my payment my order was processed & dispatched without delay, arriving here at my home address in the UK just a few days later. All in all a thoroughly positive & pleasurable experience dealing directly with the Perth Mint.

Unhealthy fascination with chinese culture and running a fractional reserve un-allocated metals scheme

Might be good as a museum. This is not a bullion dealer. After placing an order you'll here nothing from them. They do not reply emails, are not able to pick up the phone. I have never in my life dealt with such a dodgy business.

Perth mint has a ebay selling branch that does not communicate for with buyers, I live in Perth and yet post of item NOT FORTHCOMING Item paid for and money taken but NO GOODS and messages sent NOT REPLIED TO.
If businesses can't answer enquiries by buyers THEY SHOULD NOT TRADE!
