Brutal shipping times for the price
I ordered my packs on time and still went 9 days without vitamins. When I reached out to customer service they didn't seem to care gave me 15% off. It takes me a solid month to feel normal when starting vitamins to have a gap in the time I have them and go with out is not conducive to maintain health. The vitamins themselves are amazing. Customer support was quick and timely
I just feel like when your paying 150/month for vitamins they should be there and on time. If my payment was late there would be major issues.

I had originally requested to be charge for one additional type of vitamins, and instead of charging for just those vitamin, instead the previous agent canceled my entire order, and now I'm waiting for those funds to be returned before I can place my order again! Fortunately, I called in to Karina C and she understood my concerns and devised a plan for us to follow up to get this taken care of with the same discount! Been trying to cancel my subscription
Been trying to cancel my subscription. Not able to via online. Calling and no one answers. I leave voicemails. Chat isn't an option as all the agents are always "offline"
Will have to reach out to BBB to get resolution and get subscription canceled.

Traps you in a subscription
Note that they try to trap you in a subscription and make it hard to cancel. I tried to cancel, deleted my credit card, and was still somehow charged. Their products are fine, but it's a scam that they make it so easy to sign up and so hard to cancel, when there really should just be a button to cancel. The will not offer a refund either, even though I did not know I was going to be charged.
