Great quality product (personalised door mat) which my mother-in-law loved. I was kept up-to-date via email along the process and provides with information on what to do if I hadn’t received it after a certain time with full refund as option.

The hat looked very nice but the area where my name and unit patch were sewn was just slightly crooked - if you're making military looking hats you really should be spot on because we will notice and so will everyone else.

The shirts were not of good quality. We will be lucky if we get to wears out of them. You can tell this is just a company out to make some extra money vs. someone who actually cares about the product they are selling. Zero out of ten would not recommend.

The print on the hat that says Fort Bragg is ridiculously small. Not what you advertised in a picture. You need to fix that and send me another one.

I rate my experience so-so. I questioned why the finished product didn't not contain the words "WORLD TOUR" as shown in the ad. I DID NOT receive a reply. World Tour was a selling feature that influenced my purchase. Other than that, all else was fine, with the exception of the print. Print quality wasn't the best.

My order was canceled after 3 weeks of waiting for it. I don't know why. I was refunded. Just disappointed because I was trying to order a matching cup for my family member. I was very happy with my first purchase.

Losing faith in this company. I ordered on June 27 with the notion that I would receive this within two weeks as the product stated. I wanted it in time for my anniversary. I emailed the company and they asked me to be patient as it can take 8-12 days before the product will ship. It's now been 15 days and my order has been stuck on "shipped" status for about 5 days. There is a tracking number but the number goes nowhere - it says it doesn't exist or they are waiting for the package. Out of curiosity, I clicked on the item as if I were going to order another. It cleanly states I would receive the item within two weeks if ordered today. Clearly this is false.

It was nicely done. On time, will probably order from them again.

The canvas was great but I was under the impression it would be framed, like the two I ordered before this last canvas. So I am not totally satisfied with my order!
