What happend? I got my test results with the certificate which should be relevant for travel to Japan, customer service and person who prepare the test assure me that certificate will fit to travel requirements, what happend next? Boarding control reject the certificate provided by pentabase as test type and used by pentabase naming is not fiting to requirements, I lost my flight and faced extra costs 250 euro to change booking for another day, 140euro for hotel 340 euro to get new test and certificate on the airport plus tones stress. Pentabase customer service is not existing in critical situations, after all when test is paid and certificate received is not their problem...

A very frustrating experience. Registration for test went ok. Got confirmation of appointment just fine. Went to Aalborg Airport for test and then was told I needed to register for an account even though all information had been provided during registering for test. This had to be done on my phone using Safari which I never use. Frustrating experience. When I got home, discovered an email from Pentabase about setting up an account that had been sent only an hour before test time. Paid 550 kr to get test results by kl 18. Did not happen. No phone call, message, or email. Tried to log in on website and was told my email did not exist. After several emails over the afternoon and evening, finally made a phone call to get results. Was sent an email at kl 18:05. Even then, was asked to input “pasnummer”. I am not Danish and do not have one. Gentleman on phone was also not Danish and was unsure what I needed to do. Ended up putting in passport number which was accepted. I sincerely hope I NEVER have to use Pentabase in the future. The individuals at the airport and on the phone did their best to helpful. Not impressed at all with the company or their procedures.

On 16.11 I booked on line and paid for a PCR test at Aalborg airport to be realized on 17.11 before my flight departure. When I arrived to the airport, the pentabase office was closed because the officer was sick, so they told me I needed to go to a different address, which was not an option for me whilst I needed to take a flight.
I asked for the reimbursement of the test and they said that it was not possible.
Never again to trust in this company.

Paid for Pentabase PCR test in December 2021, the PCR test was cancelled within their scheduled time limit to cancel, all proof was sent, but still no refund and it's now February 2022.

I am so so happy I found this place! We were heading back home (US) for which we needed results within 24 hrs. We looked at all places including the airport and the price really made me concern and threw me off. Then US embassy had recommended this place and I am so glad we went with it. Firstly I had accidentally booked my appointment at the wrong location for which the agent was so helpful and kind to accommodate without me having to register for a new one even though it was less than 24 hrs.
Then when we got to our destination, our Google map starting acting up and we ended up a bit lost for which we called them again and once again they were amazing!
When we got to the facility, they were beyond accommodating and friendly. We tested at 11:00am and our tests results were delivered via email at precisely 5:06pm (all negative! Woohoo!).
Highly recommend this place and don’t even hesitate to book your appointment here. You won’t be disappointed :)

Always responsive, prompt and professional.

I've had TUI trip to Thailand and made my normal free PCR test 50 hours before my flight. To my unfortunate I woke and still didn't have result, so I asked TUI what to do and they recommended Pentabase with 50% sale. I was surprised that there are PCR test with 2 hours reply so I booked them for my family. And one hour later I got result form SIRI, so I had to cancel Pentabase tests. They cancelled it with no fee, which is great. It's also surprising how many options of tests they have. I will definitely use Pentabase to receive result asap next time for my trips, instead of waiting for 2 hours for state test.
