Poor quality control and bad customer…

Poor quality control and bad customer service. Sent in photo of damaged products (approx 15% of order) and they kept asking for more photos even though you could clearly see damage. All they had to do was offer a refund on damaged goods or discount on next order and I would have been happy. Using another supplier now as not reliable. They also didn't send invoice or confirmation email of my order which I had to chase. They get 2*s for being cheap and undamaged products were ok.

Delivery issues

I ordered them on April 1st and they were only delivered on Wednesday 22nd after an inordunate number of texts and emails from UPS.

Stay away from them for your own sake.

Completely unreliable, extremely expensive for products that you never get. Terrible delivery service, terrible customer service.
I paid over €1k and all I got was a box of broken pens and umbrellas, everything else got lost, it's been one month and no one is taking responsibility.

Service is getting poor

Pens are great

Pens are great. Customer service was great. Packaging was poor - the boxes had torn and the pens were loose inside so could easily have fallen out.
