Pens.com is very easy to navigate their order pages.
We are impressed by their products. the only down side to ordering online, the proof looked good, but the colours when received were darker that what i had ordered. A little hard to read name on bag, as the writing is quite faint in colour.

I liked the trust

I liked the trust. They sent me a free customized sample, i found it very good quality and the price reasonable. Ordering and deliver was easy and quick. They only asked for payment after i received the product and was happy with it. Everyone i give one of my custom pens to loves them and comments how nice they are.

Clarity

I signed into my account, as have ordered before, but when i received the invoice i was charged for the logo set up fee again, when i had already paid for that on the first order, this should be saved to my account and made very clear that logo on file is to be used like a check box, or the logo should come up asking if you want to use this logo

Frustrated Love

I love the products I’m getting, however I am frustrated with the shipping costs, when I person orders two items, one of which is on promotion- you should be able to add both items to the same order, we shouldn’t have to pay twice for shipping. Also if I am ordering two types of one item- I should not have to pay twice for a setup fee.

Logo Printing Quality Disappointing, Hard to Read at a Glance

I ordered 50 custom water bottles with my company logo for a marketing campaign, and unfortunately I am very disappointed with the print quality. The logo imprint on each bottle is blurry and lacks sharpness. You have to hold the bottle close and focus carefully just to make out the lettering, which completely defeats the purpose of a promotional product. A branded item is meant to create instant brand recognition, not require effort from the viewer to decipher. For a bulk order of 50 units intended for clients and marketing purposes, this level of print quality is simply not acceptable.

Sadly, these bottles would embarrass rather than represent my brand if handed out.

I would caution any business owner considering Pens.com for logo'd drinkware to request physical samples before committing to a bulk order. I cannot recommend this product in its current state.

Pros & Cons
