Terrible experience as a small business…
Terrible experience as a small business client. Emails went unanswered, and when I asked for records of my requests the company told me it could not locate them — while still claiming everything had been logged and handled. When I actually needed help, I did not get it. On top of that I was hit with an early termination fee, and when I asked for the contract clause and the calculation behind it, I got no clear answer. I’ve referred the matter to the relevant consumer authorities. My advice: read the minimum-term and termination clauses very carefully before you sign anything. This reflects my own experience and opinion.

I called with a reasonably complex issue so was extremely pleased and grateful that Seb Diaz took the time to explore all options available, explain them with real examples and listen to my concerns and questions. I was heartened to know that Seb was researching information during the call, to provide evidence of best and tested practice. All in all a very productive, positiveand worthwhile phone call. Also, it should be noted that Seb speaks very clearly, is easy to understand, gives time for information to sink in and makes you feel that you're in safe and reliable hands.
