I called for two reason and spoke with Seb Diaz, he was probably the best Employsure / Peninsula team member I've ever had in all my years with the company. Terrible service
Terrible service. Paid a premium for priority client service, spoke to 6 different people in the onboarding process. Had zooms cancelled without any communication and response was a system crash!
must be paid a lot to negotiate to keep clients onboard when they try and get out of the agreement due to false misrepresentation.
