The customer service was excellent
The customer service was excellent! We are not sure if anything was delivered to my house,(we never found it), but Pelsbarn was fantastic about getting what Iordered (cooling mat 2 for 1 and pillow and blanket) reordered and sent fast. Mail is slow to Alaska.

My dog Kira has multiple Pelsbarn items. Two cooling blankets/mats, one commemorative American flag cooling blanket/mat, two cooling beds, and two washing machine blanket bags. My Kira girl loves all her items. The ordering process was easy; the items are high-quality, well-made, and very durable. These items are well worth the money. My Kira sleeps through the night; no more panting or restless nights. Just good quality sleep. Might have to get the dog/human size cooling bed next for this fall

Would not recommend this car bed as the quality is poor, and the description is misleading.
Would not recommend this car bed as the bottom fabric is slippery and moves all over when driving. I had to put a quilt under it to try to make it stable, but it still moves and my dog gets anxious. Also the bolsters surrounding the bed were flimsy, under filled, the bed had no shape when put in the back seat. I opened them up and added quite a bit of polyfill to make it more stable. I am surprised by the positive reviews, I would not recommend this product.

Beds are overpriced, car covers with safety concerns
Their beds are overpriced and they have the worst customer service. I purchased a car cover thinking it will help my dog with his anxiety, but it's extremely slippery. I didn't use it, I removed it immediately. Not worth the price or the hassle dealing with their slow customer service. I don't recommend this product. Also, very quick to respond when you're trying to purchase from them, extremely slow to respond when you're trying to process a return. Not to mention, that you have to pay for the return and they keep part of your money for restoking fees. Disgraceful!

Can’t tell you. No product and no help
*****UPDATE 4******* wow! They acknowledged that I only received one bed and they are willing to do me a favor and send the other one out at no additional charges to me. Seriously?? I already paid and they messed up but they want to do me a favor. Oh wait it gets better. They won’t work with me until I call off my bank and take back the charge back I’m charging them. Then they will be able to work with me. What?? It took over a week to get anyone to call or email or respond. Now they want me to trust them after they messed up to “do me a favor” and basically threaten me. Oh I forgot the part that if I don’t release the charge back it may take an extended amount of time to get anything fixed. Sooooo do what they want or nothing gets done. THEY HAVE RUINED A CROSS COUNTRY, TRIP ONLY ONE DOG CAR BED FOR TWO DOGS!! They are going to hold my money and the product unless I do what they want. Screw that. I’ll just wait for the bank to take care of this. They claim to love dogs and help them. They can explain to my dogs how we don’t have the nice car seats for a 22 hour drive. Thanks Pelsbarn, Itruated you to provide and do the right thing. This is the company ended up with.

Shipping issues. Tracking says bad address and when I call shipping company I’ve never heard of, they have to have tracking g number for automated help. No option to talk to someone. Cant get anyone at Pelsbarn to reply to my numerous emails to get this straight. No phone number to contact them either. This has not been a good experience.

The product is excellent quality. The delivery was fast and seemless. I liked the product enough that I reordered the same product in larger sizes. Funny story...it has been 100 degrees and my neighbor has no a/c. I suggested he try my large sized cooling blanket...he lays on top of it and said it really helps!

Sad to be writing this horrible review as I have been a fan of Pelsbarn since 2023 but they've blown it. Ordered the BOGO cooling mat in M, sent XL's which I can't use (too big for my small house). All they needed to do was apologize & send the Med (& mailing label to send others back), but I've only gotten an unacceptable AI response (& only after I emailed a 2nd time). Have since called (was assured I would hear back as she understood my frustration, never did) & emailed twice more; wanted to give them the time to deal with it appropriately and keep my business going forward, but it's now almost 3 weeks since my first contact and no one is making any effort to solve the problem. Such a disappointment, will be disputing the charge with my credit card company now. (Was also sent a feedback after the only email was sent but it won't accept your response if you want to rate it the lowest star. hmm, that's not ok. )

The cooling mat/bed is great We have 4 of them and our two dogs go to them all the time

Two Soft Beds For My Two Sweet Boys
I’m very happy that I purchased two Pelsbarn dog beds for my vehicle. Both of our dogs LOVE their car beds. Their anxiety while riding in the car has greatly decreased since installing them. Do not waste your money
Do not waste your money on these cooling mats. Bought this for my sister’s beagle and he hates it. Will not use it and would rather sleep on the floor than on this mat. Product quality not great (cheap materials), 14 day return is not customer friendly , customer service is AI and you never get a human, slow arriving in the mail. Company should at least be able to exchange for something else and 14 day return period is not enough.
