Only place I've come across that says you can't return an online purchase after 14 days. The normal being 28-30. When I purchased the item I misread their terms and conditions, you can only return shop bought items within 28 days and not online. I explained this to them, hoping they would understand and offer a refund as I wanted to return an item after 21 days. Instead I was offered a credit note which I think is poor considering most places offer 28 days. This was also ordered over the Christmas period where most places will offer an extended returns date. Won't be using them again

Excellent service provided, especially when i went to pick it up and there was a scratch on the front light still visible ( was not picked up on the report so not Peggs fault). Tracey was really helpful and got the engineer out to the car who was able to weave his magic and remove the scratch . Would definitely go there again

I was in Brighton on Monday and called into the shop. I don't know their names but the three guys who were in were an absolute pleasure to deal with. Enthusiastic, great product knowledge and very helpful with guidance. I bought a Norse Projects button front top thanks to the help I received.

I have ordered some items from Pegg and Sons online before but this weekend I was visiting Brighton and made a point of calling into the store and I was very glad I did. The staff inside are really warm, just the right level of attentiveness and really understood what I wanted. Both my wife and I found it absolutely brilliant and what independent stores should be striving towards. The team helped us with food/drinks recommendations, did me a little offer at the till and all done very naturally.

I work with luxury brands and understand what good feels like, my custom felt really valued in their store. Will be back again soon!

My most recent purchase was a pink Stone Island Tela Button Up Jacket and the price in the sale (plus the additional 15% off) was an absolute bargain. Customer service, range, everything about this place is exceptional.

Bought a pair of trainers which arrived quickly and with great communication but unfortunately faulty. Dropped an email to Peggs and got a fast reply from Charlie who took ownership of the exchange and set aside a replacement pair. Exchanged pair arrived just as quick as the first to resolve a really smooth exchange. Great service and thanks to Charlie.

BUYERS BEWARE!! Horrible company!
My £460.00 order didn’t arrive and they weren’t interested in replacing or refunding me👎
I asked to speak to Ian Pegg the store owner.
and was refused, Is he too ashamed to talk to me after the way they treated a loyal customer of over 10 years.
Also I’ve been told the staff leave positive reviews to offset the genuine bad reviews.

The level of customer service provided is far and away the best I have ever experienced from a retailer. I had a small mishap occur with my order and they could not been more efficient or effective in sorting it out. In less than 24 Hours my order was collected and re delivered to me. I would like to say a big thank you to Jack and Charlie who made what could have been a stressful situation for me an absolute breeze. This will be the gold standard I compare other retailers to going forward 👏 It was also fantastic to see the care taken in wrapping and double boxing my new purchases, something you don’t often see nowadays. Thank you from a very happy customer 😀

I’ve bought an item from peggs&son however upon checking the item, the seal on the box has been open. There is a strong possibility that the item is ex-display or the item is fake. Who knows? One thing for sure is that someone opened the box and tampered with the item. I expect my purchase to be brand new and this is not acceptable.

I have sent an email to them however they have not replied yet which is disappointing. Almost feel like they do not care.

Not going to buy from peggs&son ever again.

A wonderful shop full of amazing brands. The staff are all really friendly and super helpful, making shopping an enjoyable experience. One of the best clothes shops I’ve been in.
