We've been using PEEKpro since we opened our business in 2022. We've found their online help articles useful, but have to say we rely on our calls more than the online help articles. The agents are always super responsive and helpful, and they go ask for help from their managers if they can't answer our question.
The only issue we continue to have is with WAIVERS. Our clients are often repeat customers, and requiring them to sign a waiver every single time is not a good look for us. We've put in requests so many times for them to address this, but so far, nothing has changed. We're hopeful that this year, it will change.

I switched from FareHarbor to Peekpro in 2024 for the following reasons:
- Peekpro allows me to review our online bookings, ensure I have guides available that day, and then approve the booking. I'm able to be proactive, rather than reactive.
- Peekpro also allowed me to build a liability waiver into their system. With FareHarbor, I had to utilize Smartwaiver, and then link the waiver document to the FH platform. It was an additional cost I did not want to deal with.
- The system itself is fairly easy to navigate and, when I do have questions, the support team is responsive.
Our primary line of business caters to groups and families who want private and customized tours. I use Peekpro for tours that don't require much customization and it has worked out well.
Is it perfect? Like all other online booking systems, it has minor flaws. But, bottom line, Peekpro works more than adequately for my outdoor adventure business.

When I phoned tech support during business hours recently I got a non-helpful AI "person". This is a recent change. On the first attempt I asked my question as best I could and it just answered with a help article that didn't help. The second time, I said "representative" and it asked me "please describe the problem" and it again pointed out a non-helpful article. I called back for the 3rd time and ONLY asked for representative and no luck. I wrote an email and got a helpful answer from a real person in ~4 hours which is good. But it's a downgrade from my experiences of ~8 calls over the last 12 months.

I regret using Peek Pro for my business. The platform promises ease and efficiency, but in reality, it has been nothing but a headache.
Poor Customer Support – Getting help is nearly impossible. Responses are slow, and when they do come, they’re often unhelpful. It feels like own reps don't know how their software works.
Unreliable Payment System – There have been many times when the booking platform was nonfunctional, causing us to miss bookings during peek booking times.
Clunky and Unintuitive Interface – The user experience is frustrating, with constant glitches and outdated navigation. Instead of streamlining operations, it adds unnecessary complications.
Lack of Transparency – Hidden fees, vague policies, and poor communication. Their reporting system is a complete mess and never matches up with what is actually deposited into your account.
And the cheery on the top, if you sign up with their platform, they try to force you to run ALL customer payments through their software.
If you’re looking for a reliable booking platform, I strongly recommend exploring other options. This one has been nothing but headache and costly mistake.

Used Peek as our company’s booking system for about 3 years. In that time, they gradually changed their system “for the better”. These changes reduced our ability to successfully up-sell our products and services, and the changes were usually made with little to no warning. When we decided to move on to another ticketing company, Peek staff was rude and engaged in borderline extortion in their attempt to keep us on their system. The only reason I am giving them two-stars is that our first two years with them were pretty good, and if they were to rollback their recent system changes and policies they could in theory be a good company again. Unfortunately for them they burned their bridges to ever getting my company’s business back.
