I bought a Pearson Forge Ultegra in August and it’s an absolute dream to ride. I’ve tested it over about 500 miles so far in all weathers and it’s smooth, handles brilliantly and gives me extra zip up the steepest hills. It’s comfortable on long rides, very stealthy and a joy to the eye. From the moment I popped into the shop to have a browse and had a good chat with Guy, to the day I picked up my new bike, the customer service was second to none. Guy was incredibly helpful and informative about the bike and Nas did a great job with the bike fit. And it was a very quick turnaround too. I’d been very unsure about replacing my old aluminium BMC which I love but since I got the Forge I haven’t looked back. Pearsons are a great family business with a fabulous product and a winning team at the shop in Putney. I’d highly recommend.

Sorts were as described. Appear to be well made and fit was perfect. Delivery was prompt.

I bought a Forge frameset from Pearson to build up myself, and both the bike and general experience have been great. The free sizing session was really helpful both for selecting the right sized components and helping me improve my general riding position. Pearson were also very helpful with small technical queries I had while building the bike. I’d recommend both the actual bike and the overall service around it.

A great company, quick delivery and fantastic sale prices. I'll be due a new bike next year and know I will be checking out Pearson first.

I’ve bought a bike in store, plus a few items online, and each time the service has been impeccable. A thorough bike fitting session included when you buy a bike really makes a difference. They’re bold with their design concepts for many of their clothing items, but the quality in indisputable.

Great customer service. Excellent fitting advice. And the Forge is a revelation, outstanding performance on the flats, climbs and descents, and it’s the most comfortable fitting road bike I’ve had in 20 years.

I’ve been using this business for well over 10-years now. I guess the repeat business speaks for itself but I’ve never been less than very impressed with the staff, the products and the ethos of this family owned and run set up.

Very exciting today as collected my first e-bike - the Pearson On and Off. test rode it several weeks ago in Richmond Park and was hugely impressed. The Mahle motor assists rather than takes over - so you (or me at least) still has to work - which is exactly what I wanted.

The bike fit I had with Nas was really insightful, he takes a lot of care to address your individual riding style, requirements and anatomical quirks!! Also there is absolutely no pressure on upsell for example - something I’ve found commonly with all staff in Pearson. They genuinely seem to want the best for your overall cycling experience. Looking forward to riding the new bike - the fact that so many parts of the build are tailored to your measurements / comfort / optimal output is real USP.

Was a very quick setup with professional knowledge and fitting. The bike is very light and elegant. First ride was a delight.
