Terrible, Customer Service is useless, product stopped working, no clear, no mention of this "feature" any where or how to fix it. This company is literally and utterly useless, never buy from this company, stay away. Everything sucked.
Refuses to honor warranty
Applied for warranty on faulty PDP controller. Sent them all the photos and documentation requested. They just stopped responding after I fulfilled their demands, presumably blocked me, or filtered my emails out to avoid honoring their warranty
PDP is absolute trash
PDP is absolute trash, their customer service doesn't respond, and when they do they don't help and just try to delay the problem. Their drivers broke my headset and they barely help when they reply. Also the headset that i got was just overall trash. the audio was bad, the mic was even worse.
DPD is useless and their drivers are thieves
I paid for next day delivery having bought from TKMaxx.
I have been home the whole day and when I checked the system. (TRACKING) for when my delivery was due between 12:35 and 13:35. I was told that I was number 51 and the driver was delivering number 2.
3 hours later I call DPD as I could no longer see the driver/van, tracking shut off. They call the driver who doesn't pick up.
Then we agreed to re-schedule for Monday 28/1/19.
Soon after I get a message to say my parcel was left outside underneath my window in the front of the house.
I go check and there is no parcel.
I call DPD again who send me pictures and I check again with them on the phone and there is no parcel.
The driver did not ring the door bell or call my number. He took it upon himself to do as he pleased.
My view is that he stole my 3 pairs of sunglasses. It would be easy to tell what they were from the plastic packaging. Customer service said he would not steal because he would loose his job, as if they are paid enough...rolling my eyes
I am so upset! I wish TKMaxx had given me an option of the company to use to deliver my parcel. I wouldn't have used DPD!
Their Customer service is useless, I was told that I have to contact TKMaxx when they are the ones responsible for my parcel not reaching me.

don't buy anything this company has, unless you get from Walmart, who has a lot less aggravating return policy. These clowns won't answer phones or emails. I've been on the phone (on hold) all day only to have call dropped F@#K PDP and their after glow headsets.

Wish I had seen these reviews before buying the product. Had to return it as didn’t work and have been in dispute with them for a year. They have said will replace, but nothing and have now been told by customer service it has been referred to “second tier support” who I can’t speak to or contact apparently. Unbelievably awful customer service.
Awful! wouldn't buy another product from them!
Awful customer service. bought some Afterglow headphones and they are faulty (mic fades in and out). After numerous emails and phone calls no replacement has been issued despite them saying they will send a new one and saying its stuck in transit etc. etc. i jumped through hoops sending them images with writing etc. but they have just ignored me and i would tell anyone to stay away from their products.

emailed/called the company over 40 times, never got a response. their phone line takes you to a voice mail box. You might as well by talking to a wall. Glad I never bought their warrenty.

Horrible. Call them and am 1st in line and then sent to voice as no one is available. Email them and get a bounce back that email box is full. Promised headset replacement 8 weeks ago and still nothing. Don’t ever buy a pdp product.

This is the worst company ever
This is the worst company ever, do not use them. My nightmare delivery began when the packages I was waiting for were almost delivered to the wrong address.
The courier showed a photo of the wrong house and floor I might add. Eventually after getting the sender to intervene one of the packages (there were 2) was delivered by an idiot who literally threw the package into my hallway after I signed. Items were broken and I showed the courier who babbled about not knowing the depot telephone number and ran off!
The 2nd parcel has never been delivered. And now I am having to chase the original supplier for a refund. If it were possible to give no stars I would. Not only would I never use this company personally, but I shall never buy from any seller who uses this carrier

This is the worst experience ever. The parcel has not been collected from my address yesterday, so I rang customer service to be advised to rebook for today. I was assured the parcel will be collected today. Again, no courier. I rang customer service again to hear the advisor is contacting the driver and can I wait on the line. Then I was cut off. Nobody rang me back or sent me an email. I contacted the company directly because it is impossible to find out anything through parcel2go other than that the driver may not have you on your record! He supposed to call us an hour before the delivery, he obviously did not!
Now I found out the courier was here and nobody opened the door and he left a card. A BUNCH OF LIES!!! We are all sitting here by the door including my poor disabled dad all day long. NO CARD was left here. Nobody left any card for us. Three people sitting by the door.
The driver was meant to call us an hour before the collection-he obviously did not.
This has happened before, but this time I chosen different courier company.
There are no options to track or monitor the drivers, or to find out when is it going to be collected if ever.
I paid for 1-3 days service.

They sent me my password in plain text in my confirmation email. I was with a friend ordering something and my friend saw the password. WHY would a company email you your password? That is the worst practice I've ever seen.
Then I emailed them and told them to remove it, and they responded with excuses and said it's basically my fault and I should just not open emails in front of people. Honestly insane man. ANY EMPLOYEE can look at the email logs and see what password was sent to me. So any of their employees can use that information I logged in with to sign into my fricking bank.
And if a hacker ever gets into their system, he doesn't have to do any more work. He simply has the passwords stored in plain text right in front of him. This company is the biggest security risk I've ever seen.

As many people have been saying, sent in the pictures they asked for when wanting to use my warranty on my headset. They said it would take 2-3 weeks for processing and shipping. Great, I thought, support got back fast and it went smoothly. A month later, nothing in the mail and no tracking information or anything. Asked for a followup, they said that my ticket was moved to second tier of support, and to allow 5 business days. It has been 8 and still to response. Warranty is a scam.
