Do whatever but don't purchase anything from pdp

What went wrong this time, he says...
What isn't? Everything. 3rd controller in a row brought back to the store because it's just can't do its job. Spoke to customer service but as I expected, they care only about profit and they don't give 2💩 about us because they know we can't do anything. Disgusting people selling crappy products.

Xbox controllers are utter GARBAGE

These wired Xbox controllers and utter GARBAGE! So badly made they break in afew days/weeks of use. Claim on the warranty and the new one just breaks too. No drops or damage, they're just cheap garbage not capable of any basic wear.

AVOID THIS GARBAGE COMPANY AND PRODUCTS

Son has one of their controllers the electric carbon for his Xbox. Right trigger depressed and stayed there, this controller is literally 2 months old if that. So we could see something wasn’t right so proceeded to dismantle the controller to investigate.
At this point please note this is the second pdp controller to fail within months of purchase in the house.
Looking at the trigger mechanism the return spring looked loose rocking on its support pin.
After removing the trigger completely and the spring, we could see the spring broke. The end of the spring legs are bent and rest behind the trigger body with the other middle of the spring resting against the controller board housing this giving the tension to return the trigger.
So with the spring being broken I contacted pdp for a replacement.
I was rudely told we had voided the warranty by opening the controller and they do not send out our supply spare parts and that in future I should read the warranty card.

Note for the sake of a few pence spring they could have sorted this issue and had a happy customer, instead they treat you like an idiot and refuse to help.

Will never use their products again and will advise against them at every opportunity.

We have ordered a standard Microsoft controller spring, which is readily available and hopefully we can make the repair and a little boy happy again.

Not great item poor comfort for gamers

Bought a lvl40 wired headset used only three days and if use it for a couple of hours your ears start to hurt. Totally uncomfortable. Wouldnt reccomend these. Ear peace size is too small squashes ears tight. My ears feel like they get flattened. There are better low price headsets out there.

Takes weeks for support to get back to…

Takes weeks for support to get back to you and even then completely unhelpful. To be more specific, I bought the Victrix FS-12 pro, basically the most expensive fight stick on the market, but the thing disconnects every other minute. So top of the line product that was terribly designed, and add their terrible support onto that you e got a company that is completely unreliable

Bought a PDP wired controller and it…

Bought a PDP wired controller and it wont even turn on. Try the steps from their support website and it immediately shuts itself off before I get halfway through them. Wont connect or turn on. Downloaded the PDP app and guess what... it wont launch or open. Absolute garbage product. I've had this controller for 2 hours and I'm returning it in a few minutes. Will never purchase from PDP ever again.

Non-existent Customer Support for Warranty Claim

I purchased a Victrix Gambit in July 2022 via Amazon, The controller was working great but after 6 months the Left Bumper became defective with a sponge-like response when pressed. Not a problem I thought as this is a frequent issue on standard Xbox controllers and Victrix include a 2 year manufacturer warranty, however, when I submitted a claim on the PDP website it says that most requests are answered within 24 hours, I then receive an automated email the next day that it'll take 5 days for a response and as of the 30/01/23 I've now been waiting 13 days with no communication from customer support and that's why I'm giving this a 1-star review because the "support" just doesn't exist and I would discourage anyone from buying their products just in case you ever need to get something fixed it's impossible.

Bought the headset and controller…

Bought the headset and controller combo, came with a 1 month free game pass followed the steps to redeem code but was never sent email to do so, contacted them through chat for help and an hour later still no response from anyone!! RIDICULOUS!!! Will not purchase anything else from this company! I’ll stick to just outright buying the Xbox cards!

Approx 1 month in dpd hands, rude customer service, misleading information...we will not get our presents before Christmas....

I was expecting a package that was supposed to be delivered via pdp as a second and the last transit company. They had the package since 6th of Dec. Unfortunately due to some missing delivery details it had to be return to the sender. Firstly dpd updated tracking information on 9th of Dec stating that the package was delivered. On 13th the information was changed that it was not delivered and was returned to the sender. 1st dpd representative told me that it takes 7 days before it is sent back. We tried to add the missing information via sender, dpd never confirmed receiving them even though the sender has done it multiple times. 2 days later other dpd representative told me that 7 days do not apply and it has already been sent back on 13th od Dec. While I was deliberately trying to receive more information the lady just switched me off once my questions were too difficult to answer for her..... Such a rude customer service... It has never happened to me before. So we were in contact with the sender - 10 days later they still have not received the package..... I contacted pdp again, another dpd representative told me that the package was sent on 20th of Dec.......?? She confirmed that they waited 7 days...... So all these efforts from me and sender were for nothing, all together we did about 12 phone calls over over 2 weeks, we were trying to add all the missing data..... But because all the misleading information, poor organization, no data exchange, dpd delayed the package so much that we of course will never receive it before Christmas.... Thanks dpd for ruining our Christmas presents. I will pay a very good attention to never have to use your disappointing service ever again.

I just bought a PDP controller Neon…

I just bought a PDP controller Neon edition. The controller looks good and works fine for now. My problem is with the 30 days Microsoft game pass. I tried to get the code on their website. The leaflet in the controller box has a QR code and it says to go to their website and scan it in. I did try to go on their website to see if I can scan the code anywhere, but the only thing that I was able to see was a form to fill in with my name, email and the last 6 digits of the barcode from the controller box. I fill that all in and submitted the form. Guess what? Nothing happened for couple of days. I contacted the customer service and I did have some email exchange for couple of days. On the last email they asked me to send the picture of the controller with the box and proof of purchase. I got fed up with them asking for more and more every time I contacted them. I know that you can get the game pass for £1 for the first month, but I am just angry about the way that I was treated. Customer service is not good at all.

Only just a month old and it has…

Only just a month old and it has already started to fail. I contacted customer support and they gave me a "fix" for a drifting analog stick. This works for around 2 hours before it needs to be done again. These controllers are garbage. Save yourself the effort and just spend a bit more because ultimately you will be buying a new controller if you initially buy one of these.
Despite a 2 year warranty, customer support have still to get back to me regarding my faulty controller...

I wanna just say these PDP controllers…

I wanna just say these PDP controllers are very bad I have even owned them for over a month and it already broke and then I went to the store to get a new afterglow which I was excited about and I'm not very rich and I was sure this one would be good and it worked smoothly I liked the color light blue and it looks really nice until today it broke and it barely lasted a month again which I'm sad so tomorrow I'm gonna go back to the store and il give them 1 more chance which I hope and pray to god for it to at least last for 5-10 months so I can get better or then new Xbox xs series but I highly doubt it but I have no clue I just wish they don't disappoint me and I really need to play with my mates I'm currently 16 and I go to high school I'm sorry if my English isn't any good I hope u guys who read this understand that and I'm from sweden and barley speak English i didn't translate this I'm just really at laying out "." and putting a big letter in front of them due to the fact i just have a short term memory loss and i usually get so used to put them and kinda lazy "hahhaha" but wish me luck and il come back and i wish any person best of luck if u think about buying these types of controllers

I've always had a good experience with…

I've always had a good experience with PureDefense Solutions. Not only they perform scheduled pest control, they also solved a raccoon issue before, but they are currently helping with with Carpenter Bees.

First, shout out to DONNY BRYAN. He came to my house not on time, but before time. Of course he was courteous in letting my know he was on the way. He was very thorough, Taking me through the steps of what needed to be done and educated me on carpenter bees.
