The dumbest delivery company ever

The dumbest delivery company ever! I work with PostNL and I've never heard of a package being delayed for two weeks. They don't even deliver packages if the recipient isn't home; they deliver them to the neighbors. I'm extremely disappointed with this company.

stupid delivery service

stupid delivery service. As the rest they declare that they will deliver your parcel the same day. But they will not. Will not tell when will a delivery guy come, at the end of the day they will write something like "Unable to Deliver - Recipient not found" and attach a few bad photos of your parcel with a road as a background what actually means nothing to you.

Absolutely disgusting delivery service

Absolutely disgusting delivery service. Courier got my address wrong and left a picture of it outside someone else's block and still parcel no where to be found even though i asked neighbours. No care even though i told the courier he was at the wrong address he never even tried to rectify. I will be complaining to company i ordered from as you cant talk to anyone from PDN (appalling!!)
I would honestly give 0 stars if I could.

Very poor delivery experience with PDN Express.

My package was out for delivery multiple times but never actually delivered. The first attempt was outside office hours, which I understand, but the building clearly has mailboxes that the driver could have used.

On the second attempt the status suddenly changed to “address could not be found”, which is simply incorrect. This is a normal office building where many packages have been successfully delivered before.

After contacting customer service I received a generic response stating the delivery failure was due to the recipient, which does not reflect what actually happened.

Overall this feels like the delivery attempts were not handled carefully, and the responsibility was incorrectly shifted to the customer.

What’s the point of this company

What’s the point of this company? How long till it gets erased. Seeing PDN already means you’ll never see ur package. Mine was found in a street 10km away and another was stolen from my FLAT DOOR NOT EVEN APPARTMENT

I would give a zero for this company

I would give a zero as my package was delivered to a different address. They took photo of street name which is completely different to mine but has same door number. The photos are evidence they messed up. I have sent various complaints and not one reply. I've never known such appalling behaviour and stupidity on driver. This company is a sham. I would never buy anything from anywhere again if they use this company. There must be a way I can claim my £100 loss. The company does not want to know.

The packages always arrive but god..

The packages always arrive but god... tracking is completely wrong so you can spend days hoping the delivery might be today. Then they sometimes throw the package, snap the picture, and don't ring the bell... Depending on your area this is total BS. And this is based on several deliveries. Really not great...

1 star, because zero is not possible

1 star, because zero is not allowed.
Package from Aliexpress, ordered february 19, shipped february 21.
PDN claims february 28 at 01.27 MET that the package is collected by the driver and three minutes later is 'out for delivery'.
24 hours later: still no package, nor any updates.
This does not qualify as 'express', nor as 'professional'....

The package supposedly arrived at the…

The package supposedly arrived at the local depot after 8 days. It just sat there. On day 64 they emailed me to say the package had been delivered. No photos and no package at my door. Throughout the entire process they did not answer a single email. The supplier also tried to contact them several times for an update but did not receive a reply either. The phone number does not work, you can not leave a message an no one ever answers. All you can get is a voicemail saying " this customer does not accept voicemail".

As far as I am concerned this company is a sham and is likely part of some sort of organized retail crime ring based on the number of packages that fail to get delivered. I can't believe they are still allowed to operate on Canadian soil.

Not even worth one star

Not even worth one star. This is the worst delivery company I have ever dealt with.

We placed an order on January 5, 2026 through AliExpress, and they claimed they couldn’t find our address and that delivery attempts were unsuccessful. This makes no sense, as we receive daily deliveries from multiple suppliers and regularly ship out packages with different couriers without any issues.

After countless back-and-forth emails and WhatsApp messages — most of which went unanswered (they respond to maybe one out of ten) — we are still left without our package. They initially estimated delivery within one week, yet it has now been over 50 days and we have received nothing.

Extremely frustrating and completely unprofessional service. I would not recommend this company to anyone.

They dont deliver your parcel. They dump it in a publicly accesable place and then state that they deliverd it.

Now my parcel is stolen!

Delivered at random front door, refuse to tell me witch one, guess it’s theirs

As “proof” of delivery they took a picture of my closed front door and a second picture of a open random front door of a different color where my package was delivered. For all i know this is where the delivery person works.
After some research i found customer dot service dot nl at pdn dot express but they don’t respond to my request about what front door they took a picture of. So i guess it really was one of their conspiring partners.

Delivery was awful

Delivery was awful. Package dumped on the ground in a public hallway like it's nothing. Apparently walking upstairs is too hard for the workers.

Worst delivery service ever!

First package was left by neighbours but foto was showing my door.I could see that was left by number 12b which does not exist on my street eventualy neighbours from 11b brought it to me. Second time they throw package in bushes next to my door. Third time they make foto of my door with package and went with it away... Stay away from this company. If you want to call and complain i can just wish you good luck...
