I went to edit a single PDF and was charged $39.99 (SA *pdfpaw com on Nedbank statement) without clear warning that it was a monthly recurring plan. No receipt email was sent. Finding the cancel button was difficult and I was about to be charged again on Oct 1st. I have now cancelled but I am still waiting for my refund for Transaction ID 142234093570:MSC.314780189243.4280433795136154295. People should be warned that "free PDF edit" becomes a $39.99/month subscription.

I was happy that I managed to transcribe the first audio after making the payment. I struggled with doing the second as I couldn’t see it on the portal until I reached out through email. Lisa swiftly responded and gave me a link to check on it. I will check it tomorrow whether it works for me but I am more than happy with her assistance.

I initially rated the company with a 1-star. I felt that I had been unfairly charged for a subscription I had no intention of purchasing. A simple email sorted out the issue and I should hopefully be receiving my refund within the next few days. I really appreciated the quick response that I received and the speedy resolution to a problem

I wanted to translate my CV from English to Spanish but the translation was not accurate, and the format was also changed. However, the support team was very helpful; I requested a refund and was rapidly processed.

All the the documentation I've received was precise and accurate, and more than expected. So I wish to thank the company for their great and serious job.
Only the cost of the monthly subscription, too high for me at the moment, and my poor health, with little hope of success, prevented me from continuing.

Look, I signed up and didn’t realise that there was a subsequent charge a month later. But in fairness, I sent a mail and they got back to me straight away and cancelled it. Fair is fair, that was by far the easiest cancellation of anything I’ve ever had to do.

This may have have been due to my own technological idiocy, but it took me two tries the effect the translation. I also apparently misunderstood the subscription process and ended up paying for one. However, after explaining that I was really looking for only one service, Pdfpaw immediately and cheerfully cancelled my subscription. The document translated was over 50 pages and somewhat obscure in nature and written in sometimes inscrutable bureaucratize, but I have to say that the translated report is overall pretty darn good for my purposes. Overall, now that I have a vague idea as to how this works, I would subscribe to this service if I needed a full-time service.
