I needed a big file sent to DWP

I needed a big file sent to DWP, so used PDFPAW, excellent. I had to cancel the subscription as this was a one off, but Lisa was very understanding. Excellent customer care too 😊 thank you

Please be careful with this website

Please be careful with this website. They offer great services and their webpage is VERY efficient, but the pricing is unclear. I thought I was making a single transaction, and selected 'single transaction' but was signed up for a monthly subscription without authorisation. I only knew when I got an alert from my bank to tell me £29.99 per month was going to PDFPAW.

Signed up for a one time use…or so I thought. Clearly hidden in the smallprint was that the one time payment would be followed up by a monthly subscription. Why don’t businesses make these more transparent? Not at all impressed.

The service was smooth and helpful, although the site did not make it as clear as would have been desirable when there was a fee involved. However, the follow-up service provided by a very professional and pleasant lady called Lisa was top-knotch!
