This is a great tool

This is a great tool, I used it to convert a document for publishing on Kindle. I had a tiny billing issue which was resolved quickly by a lovely lady on the team called Lisa. Highly recommended.

The agent who processed my refund make…

The agent who processed my refund made it a good experience for me. Their product works, but was not what I needed. While it's a bit difficult to cancel this subscription, as you have to remember their site to cancel, they cancelled it painlessly.

This company uses a fraudulent subscription model…

This company uses a fraudulent and misleading subscription model where users enter payment details for a low-cost or single-use PDF tool, only to be enrolled in an auto-renewing monthly subscription hidden in the fine print during checkout. The checkbox or agreement for a recurring monthly membership is obscured or bundled into a single-use payment prompt. You will be lucky to get your money back.
