A very handy tool! Tech support at the highest level!

First of all, I love PDF Candy Full version because it meets all of my PDF needs, and I only take advantage of 10% of the built in tools. But on top of that, their support is out of this world. They helped me transfer my license to a new computer and then helped me trouble shoot something that I had messed up. They are responsive, helpful, and really want to make life easy for the user!

PDF candy does everything I need, this far better on price than some of the big boys. Customer service is also excellent and were in touch within an hour to solve the one issue that I have had so far, which was related to transferring package to a new laptop

I love to work with PDF Candy so I paid for a lifetime purchase (not that I paid so I gave them compliments). I'd rather not talk about the tools themselves, but I appreciate the very quick (yet detailed and useful) support from the team when they helped me several times when I forgot the password or my activation key.

As the title says, I am very fond of this tool. It is very helpful to my work. When I change jobs, I have also asked the team for help many times, and every time I get perfect help, I am very grateful to the team. My English is not good, and it may be a little strange, but I still want to say thank you for this tool and everyone in the team.

Upgraded to Win11 but PC crashed so restored my Win10 backup. Then this company blocked my license key. I sent them an email. Their customer support team is so rude and arrogant. Sent me reply saying their smart technology detected my license used on two computers so they blocked it. I sent them email explaining my situation and they never cared to reply back.
1. If your system is so smart then why not stop activation on second PC automatically?
2. Also, no option was given to deactivate a license key from a PC in the case of hardware failure.

I had a problem in my computer and I must to restart my Candy product but de activation key didn't work again.
The technical team helped me and restated the key. Today all is OK and I can to work as before the problem.
