Ordered a custom gaming PC for my son as a gift for doing so well in his GCSE’s to find that the PC arrived late even though I paid for fast track (fast track money was refunded) and then it was faulty and never worked. Spoke to the relevant department who guided my son how to check certain things on it but still didn’t work and they agreed it was faulty. Returned it and again had to wait several days for another one to arrive to find that it had exactly the same issue and it wasn’t even packaged properly! Called them again and asked for someone senior to speak to as I couldn’t believe my luck but was told I must email in and couldn’t speak to someone on the phone. I asked for a full refund as I don’t trust them. Really don’t understand how this can happen when they say it’s being “tested” for days which apparently delays it being delivered!! I got one from Currys and it worked straight away as it should with no issues. Pc specialist have received my pc and have said they need to test to see what the issue is and that will result in my refund taking 3-5 working days to return. This is disgusting as it clearly didn’t work and nobody could assist us on the to get it working and agreed it was faulty twice but now they want to make sure before they repay me
My money!! I wouldn’t wast money on them as it’s not worth it. I paid a lot of money and never got what was written. They clearly don’t like complaints either and fob you off! 10 days and two faults custom made pcs and now have to wait another 5 working
Days to get my money back!! Won’t ever buy from them again!

Whilst deciding on my final spec, I called the customer service team and spoke to Ethan. Professional, knowledgeable and personable, genuinely wanted to help. My only complaint here was the fact he wouldn't price match a 5070 with a 5090... It reminded me of a time where I tried to get 5 bed house for the price of a 3 bed... I'm going to try and get compensation for emotional trauma here however I'm guessing that will go a similar way.

Ordered my new custom pc. To my absolute disbelief, it took longer than 24hrs to get here... My custom built, one of a kind(nearly) pc wasn't ready on the day of order... Instead I got full, regular and detailed updates on the progress of the build and before sending, a cool 3d all round view of what it looked like.

Delivered when they said they would deliver. Packaged well, full instructions for set up which I obviously completely ignored.

Had a follow-up question later after purchase, sent an email late in the evening was answered by 09:30 the following morning. The lady (who's name I forget)Was again patient and the tone of the email was both professional and courteous.

Overall the experience from start to finish was exceptional, cannot recommend highly enough

I had an excellent experience with my pc. I was able to change some settings before the pc was in progress and had a great experience overall.

The machine arrived when they said it would. Very happy.

I bought the computer for gaming and photo editing, it cost me a small fortune so I hoped it would speed up my workflow compared to my old PC.

Unfortunately it performs slower than the old PC despite having much better specs, it's actually slowed my editing down to the point I'm thinking about returning the PC.
PC Specialist have advised a fresh install on Windows but I'm not confident doing stuff like that. I understand Windows causes issues, but for the money I spent I wanted a super PC capable of multi-tasking at high speeds.

I can't fault their build time and delivery though, the PC was put together and sent very quickly.

I found the pre-made desktop PC on the site which suited my needs exactly. It arrived promptly the next day. It was easy enough to set up and has so far been everything I wanted.

Recommended service. Several options to build your own PC or laptop to the spec you require. Good after sales service too as I had some questions regarding getting the MS Office software purchased with the laptop up and running as it didn't appear to be available but all was sorted via online support chat. Also used online chat to ask questions along the way and got friendly and helpful service

This is the 2nd time I have ordered from PC Specialist, a desktop last time and now a laptop, both computers are exceptional, the service, if you speak to a member of staff, help you out in a professional and honest manner, they keep you up to date with the order every step of the way.

I always get all my PCs from this company. Excellent value for money, very high-quality products, and well class customer service. This order was the same. DPD messed up the delivery and PC specialist were absolutely fantastic in taking accountability and getting it sorted. I would 100% always recommend these guys for all your PC purchases

Everything overall is great and has always been great. This time I went for a pre built pc because I needed/wanted it ASAP as my other one was being given to my other half! Anyway, delivery was on time and totally fine. My only issue is the pre build has a wire sticking out slightly. So when the games download their cache or update etc. the fans go faster and hit this wire and makes an awful noise. Took the case off to look but everything is very tight and I can’t seem to figure out where the issue is. Due to it being more of a monster build compared to my last order, it’s harder to fix this issue. As I did have the same problem with my last pc. But was able to sort that no worries.other than that.. everything seems great. Thank you.

This was my first dealings with PC Specialist and i can not fault them. We wanted a pc case that they did not stock and when i messaged if it was ok to send the case we wanted straight from the supplier they were very helpful. They made a own build PC that i brought for my son for his 21st birthday and it was perfect. They answered any of my messages i asked them and kept us very informed, with links to view the build and at what point they were at all the way through. Its was very quickly built and tested to the highest standards possible and i cant fault them. My son absolutely loves his PC and it made him very happy for his birthday, so thank you PC Specialist. I would definately recommend these for anyones PC needs. Fantastic.

Excellent service and help when ordering my PC. Experts helped me in choosing components for my needs and build time was fairly quick. Updates throughout the process and everything is as expected.

They gave me great advice that even a beginner like me could understand. The PC came the next day as promised. We had a hitch putting it together and called customer support who were available immediately and sorted our problem out in 10 seconds. Other than that the PC was easy to set up and I was using it within half an hour. I was really impressed with the service and my PC

10/10 service they sent pictures of my build during the build process which i was very much pleased with and i even requested changes in my build and they sent me updated pictures. I am thrilled with my new PC. Thanks guys see you in another 10 years.

This was a super spec Render Rig and they did a great job of building it and making it clean.
