Appalling, the Omega team were unprofessional, uncommunicative and incompetent. See Reddit for unsolicited reviews - my review has previously been blocked by PCS. If you want to sell your property do not use this company. I have serious concerns about their data security and understanding of GDPR.

So I was in a buying only position and the estate agents all try to get you to use their conveyancing solicitors at a hefty price just to make it easier for them. They will tell you it’s faster but it’s not.
I chose PCS legal because they had a competitive quote and I do not regret choosing them, they were fantastic, very helpful and experienced.

I can't thank Lauren Nicholson-Flodin enough. She has been the best solicitor I have ever dealt with. Incredibly reliable, patient and resourceful in dealing with every aspect of our complicated sale process. So often delays on solicitors sides are a cause of stress for sellers but Lauren has always kept us up to date, responded within short time frames and covered so many curveballs with our sale (eg help to buy, building service management complications, council delays, mortgage lender coordination and difficult buyers enquiries). She has handled everything with ease and positivity.

Apart from a few hiccups during the process, not the fault of PCS, our Conveyancing was dealt with in a friendly and professional way. Particular thanks to Megan Lambert who was particularly helpful throughout and has helped since completion with certain aspects of our purchase.

Leah was absolutely brilliant in her handling of a New Build Purchase that she oversaw for my son. There were continual difficulties with the developers but she was persistant in getting the case to completion.

PCS Legal stepped in when my original solicitor went bankrupt. They were fantastic from the start: really efficient, friendly and helpful. I had complete faith in them. Particularly Leah Snowden, who handled my case. Plus, they dont charge extortionate rates. I highly recommend this firm.

I am very impressed with how efficiently they handled our new build shared ownership file. They answered all of my questions professionally and efficiently which eased my anxiety. I highly recommend PCS Legal solicitors. I have dealt with many solicitors through the years, but I have honestly never worked with such a good ones. They would reply the same day to any queries and dealt with the transaction of my house sale very promptly.

I went through Lifetime Legal for the sale of my property and was placed with PCS as my Solicitors.

PCS’ fee was more than reasonable and my sale was handled by Liam Ridyard.

Liam has quite simply been excellent.

Over the course of the first sale falling through and the second being successful, Liam has been attentive, helpful, stress free and generally made the whole process simple to understand and really easy.

He has always been available to speak to (even outside of office hours) and always responded to matters quickly, whether it be to me or to the Buyers Solicitors, keeping me informed the whole way.

Despite it being a long and difficult process, Liam has been keen and has not once given me the impression he was unwilling to get the job done.

Overall, Liam has been perfect and I will 100% be using Liam and PCS again.

I would never use this company again. My experience was incredibly stressful and disappointing from start to finish. Communication was extremely poor and emails repeatedly went unanswered and I constantly had to chase for updates.
I did not feel supported or properly advised during the process and was often left feeling uncertain about what was happening with my purchase. The lack of communication caused me a huge amount of unnecessary stress and anxiety and affected my sleep at times.
I also found interactions to be unhelpful and lacking the professionalism and reassurance you would expect during such an important transaction.
Even now, after completion, I have had to chase multiple times for documents that should have been dealt with promptly.
Based on my personal experience, I would not recommend this company and would suggest others consider alternatives.

Excellent service from PCS who handled our recent simultaneous sale and purchase. Whilst it took a while for me get my head around the online and “Team Omega” email approach, once I had, it was perfect for me and most importantly, every time I wanted to speak to someone on the phone, I got through immediately and they always answered my questions in a way I could understand. They looked after our interest the whole way through, keeping us up to date and ensuring I knew what I had to do. Special call-outs go to Carley, Summer, and Holly who always helped me, showing patience in answering my plethora of stupid questions, were friendly and calmed me down when I was getting stressed out.
