Prices are great - and I have purchased a lot of software here - but support for the win. I have used this site quite a few times and never needed support until today. Being deaf the chat feature was FAST and helpful. But what was extra great was they offered to complete my call to Microsoft and did so in minutes. Five stars Garry.

Customer service was responsive and quick. My issue was resolved relatively easily and they kept with it until it was solved.

As a senior volunteer helping a senior with a software purchase we were confused with the installation process. Finally chatted with Garry and he was trying so hard to help us. Sending a screenshot was not working, the telephone support was a bust but got Garry back and he was able to activate it on his end. Everything is finally working, just because of the support help. Highly recommend getting MS software from this place.

The live agent chat is what did it for me. I was completely lost and she took almost an hour helping me get this activated on my computer. Really great!

After the purchase and installation of my software, I ran into a problem with the activation. They responded very quickly to my request and resolved the issue fast!

They had great prices for the Office 2021 Professional version I needed for my new PC. During the product key registration, I had a note from Microsoft that I had to call to activate. I was able to take the codes that MS gave me and using the 'chat' feature on PSSales Online, they were able to get it authorized and then I could use the product successfully.
We have used this site/service several times before and have always had a good experience.

I purchased Office 2019 Home & Student in December. Upon downloading it and entering the product key, it worked great for about 6 weeks. Then it abruptly locked. I emailed PC Sales Online, and they were able to help me get it going again. They were good about answering my emails promptly and sending me screenshots so I'd know what to do.

When you have an issue, they are quick to get it fixed. Great customer service.

When I ran into an issue with my order, customer service reached back out to me the next business day, performed the fix on my behalf (I did try and resolve with their instructions on my own but was unsuccessful), and got my product working. I couldn't ask for better service after 1 inquiry.

The after sale service was great.

bought office software at a great price from them but I had to reset my computer and start with a fresh windows install and microsoft doesn't provide the download or support to the software anymore grrr. the support chat at pc sales online was able to assist me so quickly and seemlessly, I have it working again. These guys are the best place for software and 110% legit!
