Super simple! Paid, received a Product Key and link to download the OS. I did need to talk to customer service, for some help, and the girl knew exactly what issue I was having and how to fix it. Would definitely recommend this company!

When I first got my download and tried to install it, it would not work. I called at 10:15pm on a Monday and to my surprise someone returned my call in 15 minutes and led me through a phone activation that had the program up and running.

Bought license for Windows 10
Bought license for vm installation of windows 10. Tried activating it myself and it did not work. Contacted pcmasters-shop and they explained what to do with pictures and small words. The only negative was that I had to wait 24hrs for the activation code. Not a problem, but I was wondering if I made a mistake in the meantime. No mistake. 5 stars.
