Silver account holder meaning quicker responce times however I'm constantly contacting payz and waiting over a day for a responce.
Also card keeps getting temporary blocked.
Also waited 3 days so far for money to come into the account.
Work full time and still have issues with this company so have to email on a daily basis.

Payz unjustifiably blocks the money for many days. After sending the required documents, bank statements and confirmations, the account was blocked once again after a few days. I do not recommend anyone to use the services of this company. Unless you want to get rid of your money.

Finally I've managed to get my money transferred out of their grubby hands and into my conventional UK bank account. If you want hassle and trouble....then by all means!
Avoid at all costs..many other companies out there with actual phone lines, no lies and real live chat!

I am writing this at a stage of frustration.
I have only been using PayZ for a month and it's gone fine other than the 80p charge for transactions if you want to deposit into a betting site etc but that's what they charge.
My issue here is I won some money and I have tried to withdraw from the account into my bank and been met with contact customer services, we will need to review this etc. I have broken no rules and I have used my account for online purchases as well, clearly noted on my statement which I selected when I signed up. I had someone speaking to me initially via email but now I am just getting automated messages.
I might be jumping the gun here but it's a real concern that a company can withhold your own money with no fraudulent activity and using it legally just because you want to move it away from their bank, which by the way charges you another £5 for doing so.
I am hoping I am wrong and I will come back and update this if I am but extremely concerned at the moment and would think very carefully before using them.
I have asked to speak to someone on the phone but they don't even respond to that.

I have been sent £200 and it has come out of there account and they have confirmed everything is in order but I have not received anything and I’m not getting any response…

This bank is actually the worst ever so I was exactly a payment from Dwp which didn’t go in so I had to chase them up for them to take 5 days to even email back as they don’t have a phone number asking me who Dwp is and what’s the payment for ect so I explain yet to wait god knows how long again for a response i juts don’t understand how you run a business so poorly any transfur a friend had sent to me they question it just stupid and when does it take 5 days for a simple transfur just had noting but hassle since open this account 😡
