PayPal is no longer just a money…
PayPal is no longer just a money transfer company — it is not a credit institution. Therefore, it has no legitimate right to demand personal information such as ID or documentation just for sending or receiving payments.
At this point, I hope more users will give PayPal the middle finger and move on to other services that don’t require or demand unnecessary personal documents.
For this reason, I no longer want anything to do with PayPal.
The service is slow, managed by wealthy fools who don’t understand the frustration of their users — yet profit greatly from this business.
PayPal.cn is even worse — the support staff do not have proper English pronunciation, and at times it’s nearly impossible to understand what they are saying or asking for.
I had a bad experience. It’s unacceptable that a company making millions doesn’t invest in properly trained staff. At the very least, they should outsource support to native English speakers.
