Paypal is no longer a safe option for fraud, letting sellers rip you off. They allowed 2 different sellers to rip me off. Both sent counterfit jewelry. I'm using my credit card company from now on. That's the only way I got help. One claim was for "not as described" and they processed the claim as "not received". Their overseas CS people are a joke. They've changed 2 of my claims to different options. Paypal is not secure any more! Stay away.

They have gone downhill Fast. They will not back ANYTHING. You are on your own even when they screw up. Can’t get my address changed and they shipped the wrong address. My correct address IS on file with my credit card. But more than that if you are scammed you are on your own. No longer the company it once was

I was always thinking PayPal is standing for safety in online shopping but not anymore. For them it’s all okay when train company in first class ticket is forcing us to sit in the middle of the night somewhere for 3 hours. That’s a scandal. Not recommending the company!!!

Paypal does not protect you against fraud !

I ordered an item from eglobalcentralbe.com via paypal

I never received the item ordered

I opened a claim with paypal but they refused my claim stating “necessary documentation not received”

I showed therm my order on the eglobalcentralbe.com website which they could even check themselves confirming the order and delivery address

I showed them the tracking status (which they can see themselves also and which was confirmed by the seller to paypal directly)

the tracking was in status failed since 2 months as eglobal sent it to the wrong country ...

paypal denied my claim without any possibility for me to provide extra documentation or even understand their reasoning

+- 320 euro lost thanks to paypal

avoid it as the pest and use e credit card from e reputable bank instead - and don’t use eglobal either

i want to complain! because i 've a problem that i will not leave like this!i made a complain for the infinitikloud because it did not work and after x mails the seller did not answer. it was a strange sale , you had to enter the site , pay a 1st part,than came another message to pay a second part, than a3rd message to pay an insurance. the bill was with the 3 paiements. i had to ask days and days before i got an answer from paypal. a woman called and told me everything was ok and i just had to send the key back. she said she will send me a confirmation e mail that i never got. the situation became worse and worse and the ultimate date to send it back also. afeter sending again tons of messages , finaly again i got a call that everything was ok.i had also send the bill through that message box.so i have sent the key and know again i get messages that pp refuses to refund me! it 's the first time ive a problem after many years but if i don t get my money back i will write to all the customers help and trustpilot

Paypal is the only way to be protected if you don't get your article of if your article is not as it was described. Thanks to Paypal.

I have money on-hold since 2018 and customer service either do not pick up the phone or not answer e-mails. THE WORST EVER HAPPENED TO ME!

I have had a lot of great experienced with paypal when it comes to safety. But maybe they are over doing it. This makes people want to stop using paypal for their stores. Basically every time I get paid through paypal, my funds are blocked for I don't know how long. Very irritating and unnecessary. If your safety is so good, then why feel obliged to block money, while my complete identity and address is proven by eligible documents?
