Main thing for me-being able to ring and speak to someone in person with my queries or concerns. I’m probably a bit ‘old school’ but being able to receive verbal communication, support and reassurance to the outcomes I required was at once incredibly important through what could have been challenging times (guarantee of delivery due to fuel crisis/couriers etc the most prescient worry at the time).
