Everything just works, and email queries are answered quickly. Also, unlike most service providers UK based people always available if we need to call to ask urgent questions.

Unfortunately, my employer uses them and they ruined my PAYE big time, they can't even get the tax code right

We moved to Payescape per April 2023. We used to outsource the payroll but are now able to do the payroll ourselves, even though we are no UK payroll experts (based in Netherlands).

The implementation process was quick and easy. You have a dedicated implementation account manager and they will help you if needed. Response time is quick.

We just finalized our 3rd pay run and the portal is straight forward and our implementation account manager is still there to help us with anything.

What we love:
- Quick response time from support
- Easy to navigate portal
- Able to run the whole payroll yourself without needing a 3rd party
- Able to generate all draft payroll files before approving the pay run
- No extra charges for things like adding a new pay component

Payescape are always there to help and support and have made our life easier with their knowledge and great customer service. They have taken the burden of Payroll, Time & Attendance and HR Admin away from us.

We started with the service in October 2022. The implementation was problematic and communication was poor. It took until February 23 to resolve the outstanding issues with me chasing constantly to get any answers. The last 2 months of processing payroll online has been slow and I'm told it's due to the number of people accessing it at the same time, which I think is a poor excuse for a payroll system. I have tried several times to process payroll today before I go on annual leave but the system is having Technical Issues. Technical issues happen, but I have received no communication and have no idea when it will be working. All in all generally poor.

I've been using Payescape for a few years now and I must say they have THE BEST customer service skills I have ever come across. The team are always willing to help with anything they can.

The implentation when on for over a year not sure why , which when I join the company I found alot error within implentation they did eventally get sorted , but the operation was brilliant and the level service was amazing but the damage has been done with the implentation team but Sarah in operation was amazing but it was too late by then

We outsourced our payroll to Payescape earlier this year. Overall we are very satisfied and happy with the service provided. Implementation went well and in a fairly short time scale. At all times the staff at Payescape are helpful, knowledgeable and supportive. There are occasional errors/blips but they are resolved quickly. We are happy with the choice we made when outsourcing our payroll and have signed up for HRescape as well.

We made the decision to move from inhouse payroll to an outsourced payroll provider due to a large increase in staff number which made the admin burden of payroll inhouse too inefficient and the cost of outsourcing more cost effective.

We have been blown away by the excellent customer service and would like to give a particular mention to Emma who give us so much detail about the system prior to signing up and Rebecca who has been instrumental to the smooth implementation and transition of the payroll process.

Our first months payroll went seamlessly and we could not be happier with the service, features of the package and fantastic team who have been incredibly helpful with any queries we have.

If you are thinking about outsourcing payroll I would highly recommend using Payescape - you will not regret your decision.

Had the unfortunate privilege of speaking with Craig on the phone who hung up on me after I cancelled the meeting to view a demo, I explained politely that we no longer needed the demo over missing features that we did not see advertised on their site and rather than being professional about it, he had the nerve to give me attitude over the phone, guess we defiantly won’t be choosing Payescape for our HR needs! Way more professional businesses exist.
