Amazing experience, Lynda is an extremely sweet and empathetic woman that is also very straightforward and helpful, she makes sure everything is correct and all paper work can go through, she does all her best to make sure you and your pet are in safe hands and arrive safely to the UK. Our driver Tariq was also incredibly patient, kind, and respectful, he also helped a lot with getting our little doggy through to the UK, he’s lovely and made our journey a fun experience!! 100% recommend pawspettravel !!!

Very happy with the service provided by Lynda. Moving my cat from Algeria to the UK was something I had been stressing over for weeks. There were so many things I thought could go wrong amd one of them did - the plane into Paris was delayed but Lyndas approach and knowledge of the systems at Calais made the onward journey so easy. Me amd my cat arrived in the UK, safely and calm.

Whilst the paperwork is the owners responsibility, Lynda also provided invaluable advice so I got this right.

Highly recommend Paws Pet Travel if you want extra special service and five star care for your pets. Linda went above and beyond on a very special job which involved long waits, delays, date changes, she worked with our ever changing flights and cancellations without any complaining. Knew exactly what to do with the complicated paperwork and took brilliant care of Cody, a Vietnamese meat dog survivor. She even cooked him some chicken to give him when she picked him up. A real genuine animal lover, will definitely use again when the need arises. Your pets are in safe hands. Thank you Linda.

Service was outstanding and on top of everything from the moment we reached out and booked until we arrived to our new home in the UK. Lynda was very patient and drove us and our 7-year old CKCS from Southampton to Northumberland. I highly recommend their service for anyone nervous about making a long Journey.

Lynda from Paws Pet Travel went above and beyond for our international rescue dog Cody. Lynda was waiting at the airport in Paris for Cody when he arrived from Vietnam. Lynda had already cooked chicken for Cody, and had it in cut up pieces for him; knowing he'd be scared and chicken would be something familiar for him. After a long air flight Lynda took Cody for a walk in a safe grassed area away from the airport, to stretch his little legs. Lynda and Cody then traveled through the tunnel into the United Kingdom; as Cody relaxed on the back seat of her vehicle. Lynda passed Cody to his waiting (adoption) mom Alison. Lynda genuinely cared for Cody in every way possible. I highly recommend Lynda and the company. We look forward to working with them again in the future.

Emigrating from Canada to the UK with our dog, Freya, was quite the process. Thankfully we came across Lynda who helped enormously with the final stage of the process, taking us safely from the airport to Devon.

She arrived on time and had configured her vehicle to easily accommodate me, the dog, and a large number of heavy suitcases! We stopped along the way to let Freya stretch her legs, and made it to our destination in good time.

The folks @ Paws Pet Travel really took a lot of the stress & any guesswork out of what was going to be required while my wife and I were recently organising our relocation to the United States, accompanied by our 125lb Boxer dog, Dexter. We got thru all the vet paperwork, shots & records, and final check of the export/import paperwork at their contact in Dover the day before our departure from the U.K., to be certain that we were all ready to go the distance. We made it safely across the water and to our final destination, in Dallas, Texas with a relaxed, happy dog and far less grey hairs than we would have worked up if we’d been left to figure it all out for ourselves! We can’t thank everyone involved with the process enough, and especially want to recognise Lynda, Paw’s owner, for her personal touch, her expert knowledge of her field, and her organisation’s efficient operation during the build up to & the travel time to our new home! Dexter has never been happier and is in great spirits, enjoying his sunny new home every day! Many thanks to Lynda and her crew at Paw’s Pet Travels!

Top notch service and communication throughout the entire process. Lynda and Matt were so very accommodating, going out of their way to make sure we were taken care of every step of the way.
We were not the easiest group, with two pets 4 adults and an Airbnb rental that proved to be much further away than originally anticipated; nevertheless, no obstacle seems too great and they made what could have been an intimidating and frustrating arrival unbelievably smooth.

I travelled from Charles de Gaulle Airport Paris to Shropshire with my dog with Paws Pet Travel. Matt, our driver was lovely. He knew all the procedures, so everything went really smoothly, which I’ve been a bit worried about but it was so easy. All the information from Lynda beforehand was also really helpful. I would thoroughly recommend this company to move your pets. An excellent service all round.

I could not be more grateful for my experience. Linda was very communicative and made sure I felt secure and knowledgeable about the process the entire time of planning. Matt, my driver, was kind, thoughtful, and a pleasure to be stuck in a car with. He was a great driver, and knew exactly where to go. I couldn’t have asked for a better driver.

I contacted this company when I was facing a crisis. My van had broken down in Europe and it was possible I wouldn’t be allowed to travel on the ferry I had booked (you have to get special permission to travel with a dog without a car). In the end, the ferry said yes, and although I didn’t end up using PPT, Lynda’s prompt response to my enquiry, care and attention to my plight did not go unnoticed. She clearly cares a lot about animals, and was so helpful in giving me estimates and ways of reducing the cost, should I need to employ them.

As I say although I didn’t use them, I still highly rate Lynda’s customer services and help. At a time when things were quite stressful for me, she provided a least some peace of mind and clarity of what my next best option would be.

They also offer a door to door service, which whilst it obviously costs more, again knowing you will be taken care of from wherever you are to wherever you need to be was another weight off my mind - my dog is large, so travelling by train and bus is quite difficult.

This is the second time I have used Paws Pet Travel for my cat and I can only recommend them whole heartedly. Lynda is friendly and efficient and the communication between her, me and Matt (the courier who is another star) was excellent. Whilst I had no issues at all, I did get the impression that Lynda would go above and beyond if there were unforeseen problems. Really great service, thank you!

From the first moment i contacted the level of service has been outstanding. Constant updates which was very nice and reassuring, very friendly amazing lady i would highly recommend and trust with any animal.

I can highly recommend Lynda. She was there when we needed just very short notice after a car accident in France. Excellent communication and help all throughout the process. Great service at a very stressful time.
