Ordered and paid express shipping. Should have arrived days ago and it’s not even been shipped. No emails no communication no response, no way to cancel total scam obviously.
Wrong cat food sent but order confirmation clearly showed the correct image.

The mats took 2 weeks to arrive. They did communicate with me when I chased up regarding their whereabouts. When they did arrive, they were extremely poor quality and nothing like the mats advertised. I could not possible use them. I have tried 5 times to get a satisfactory response from this bunch regarding a return, only to be told they have no trace of my order. I sent the evidence and now there is no reply. This company is a scam. Do not buy from them.
Mats took a long time to get delivered and when they arrived I was disgusted with the flimsy piece of rag that arrived. Nothing like the fantastic write up it was given or item advertised. No reply to complaint as I want to return this rag to them. And get my €58 refunded
It says my item was shipped and i have a tracking number, but i can't track the package at all. I have no clue where it is or when it's getting here
