I ordered 3 dog beds back in august 4th 2022, £50-85
never received them!! no explanation or refund!!
DON'T BUY FROM THIS SITE IT'S A SCAM!!!!

stole money from my account after oredring a dog bed way back in summer time, which i did not recieve they took 3 payments, i have reported this people countless times, and today my bank foned and asked if i made payment to HYPE HATCH same company as pawandpet they just change there name so bank has now blocked them and raising a fraud account

BASICALLY I was the victim of fraud in August by this company. Was on it like a car bonnet, bank blocked my card, filed a fraud report and I got my money back. They then tried to take money from me in October again but this was rejected and blocked.

FWD to 3am 4am this morning and they have successfully taken money from me. How did they manage that? They have changed company names and according to my bank, that's how fraudsters work. They can't block my card permanently, only the company so once the Fraud Squad catch up with people like this, they change company name and the cycle begins over again and each time, I will have to call to report the fraud. Such a ball ache.

And because the payment is only pending just now, the bank have to wait until its debited to get the transaction number so they can issue the block so yeah, people can be down to their last few pounds and they have to wait for it to be debited then file the claim then wait up to 30 days for the dispute to be resolved before your money is issued back.

Check your bank statements as they are using the new name HYPE HATCH PLUS.

Total scam. Ordered my dog bed in July and never received it. Sent numerous emails. I had one reply telling me there were so many orders that this had caused my order to be delayed. I subsequently never got the bed and any emails I sent since have not been answered
Yesterday December 17th I received an email telling me I had placed an order with them again for €29. The email address that was used was no reply @automaticsen. I checked my bank account and there was a pending transaction for €29 to hype-hutch. I have cancelled my debit Visa card, this is a huge hassle and I won’t have my card until after Christmas. This is a big inconvenience to me coming up to Christmas
This is a total scam and do not have anything to do with them. I am €50 out of pocket plus all the trouble that goes with cancelling my bank card,
If you ordered a bed I would advise you to cancel the card you paid with because there’s a high probability that they will come back again and more money from your account

Scam ordered in July, then charged me again in august and again under a different name this morning. Never received a product

Bought a petbed through FB and the never sent tracking I now received a random charge also from "Hype hatch" they have just farmed all of our card numbers and keep randomly charging.

I ORDERED IN JULY & AM STILL WAITING. HAD 1 RESPONSE TO MY EMAILS.

This company can improve by being shut down. They charged me in July 2022, never delivered product and their email is no good. They are a SCAM SCAM SCAM!!!!!!! Got an email today on their behalf from some auto sender email saying my card declined with purchase date of July 2022!!!!!

This company is sending me an invoice for something I did NOT order and there is no way to get back in touch wih them. Jerk.

I would give no stars this company is fraud just try running my card again after I paid back in August. No way to contact them. If they have your information I advise you block them get a new card.scam

Cant give any less have paid for abed and still not got it ..payment left my account on 1st August...then had a very cheeky email saying payment was DECLINED!!!

If you want to lose your money and not get any products look at all the fake reviews and buy those imaginary beds.

They have even got a brand new website for everyone to be scammed again!

I had to cancel my credit card as yet again when following up to see where my beds were they stole more money from my account!

Do not buy, it is a SCAM! ordered a pet bed, they debited my card, I did not receive the bed. They then proceed to take money monthly and ask you to cancel if you no longer want to be a member. They do not cancel the payment. I blocked my card and thankfully received both payments back through my bank. They have tried to take the payment again by passing on my card details through a different name. Thankfully my bank had blocked this and are sending me a new card!

This is a scam.......I ordered a new bed. They took my money in August, and I've never received it. Avoid at all costs. I cant get my money back as it was under a hundred pounds and not covered by credit card insurance

I seen the ad on Facebook. I bought a large pet bed in July.essaged them in August and asked where it was. I have never received my oet bed, cant communicate with the., there is no store to visitand i cany click on my order. I also got an email today saying
