You answer a handful of questions — their name, what they're like, the small habits that are theirs alone, the story behind them — and choose a style and a voice. Country, pop, rock, folk, hip-hop, lullaby: it's your call. A few minutes later you hear a preview of the song, free, before you have paid anything. If you like it, you buy it. They did an amazing job with the song and making my words fit. Loved the voice. Customer service worked with me on trying to get pictures (more than one.) I could only get one picture and the song only played for a moment during it so, I didnt use the picture mode. I just sent it via text to some of my friends. Worked well that way. I loved that the words rolled up with the song.

Two quick things that might help next time: you can add up to six photos to the video — on a phone, tap "Select" in the photo picker and choose several before hitting done. And the video is meant to carry just a 30-second slice of the song rather than the whole thing, since that's what Instagram, Facebook and TikTok play best.
