Avoid at all costs! Unprofessional and ignoring customers.
I am writing this review out of sheer frustration and disappointment with the customer service of passtell. I returned an item, and according to the tracking, it was delivered to them on July 31st. Since then, I have been completely ignored. I have tried to contact them multiple times via email, but I have not received a single response.
It has now been weeks, and I still have not received my refund. This is completely unacceptable and frankly, feels like a scam. It's one thing for a refund to take a little time, but it's another to be completely ignored and left in the dark.
I strongly advise anyone considering shopping with passtell to be extremely cautious. The lack of communication and failure to process a refund in a timely manner shows a complete disregard for their customers. I will be escalating this matter further if I don't receive my money back soon.
