Ordered parts from Vospers Parts (parts) and service was mixed. Delivery was quick, prices competitive, and some genuine items were received. However, missteps in communication and occasional errors can make ordering frustrating. While they resolved issues quickly for incorrect items, clearer processes for ensuring the right parts would be helpful. Overall, an average experience.
Used Vospers for first time on Friday 1st September. Great service. Purchased Citroen DS3 genuine part and paid for express delivery. Item arrived first thing next morning. Easy to deal with and a fair price Thanks and would recommend.

The customer service has if anything, got worse, the attitude of the staff is disgusting, talking to you like you are dirt on their shoes. If it wasn`t for the fact that I need to get parts from this so called business I wouldn`t bother. I try my very best to get parts elsewhere as the parts people working in the Plymouth store are appalling. They all need to be put through a course in politeness and helpfulness. I cannot believe this company are STILL producing rude, obnoxious members of staff with the attitudes to match. Obviously nothing gets done about it as here we are with another bad review. Which shows to me that the management as just as bad as the staff.

How this company has got 4.6 on reviews is beyond me. They are not worth the one star given. Customer service is appalling, that`s when they answer the phone!! Disgusting don`t give a toss attitudes, rude and most of the time haven`t got a clue what they`re doing. My advice would be to try and avoid doing any business with them.

Had to order a part and ship it internationally as the van we live in had broken down in the USA. It was urgent as we had to stay in a motel while the van was being fixed.
Rob was very helpful but hadn’t put the postage label on the package. Ups couldn’t pick it up because of this but said they’d return. No one wanted to help. I called numerous times and got the not my job not my problem sort of attitude.
When ups returned they still hadn’t put the label on which meant they had to return on Monday costing us more money in motels and postage.

I had my new car reversed into in my drive. I took my car to Vospers Body Shop and within a few minutes my car had been inspected and an estimate of what the repair work would probably cost. The back light had been smashed and they were able to supply and fit a replacement within half an hour. Geoff in particular was so kind and calmed me down.
I was very impressed and really grateful for their kind attention.

I bought a part online from Vospers and they sent the wrong item. When I told them they as good as admitted it. I was happy to return it for a refund but they expected me to pay for the return, the cost of which was nearly half the price of the item. So, they send the wrong item and I'm expected to bare the cost!
Had a problem with fiat based motorhome. After 4 weeks of excuses not once was I given any update on progress so I had to telephone each week . They carried out unnecessary work eventually having to ask fiat to for advice as their technician had no clue how to sort the problem. £3300 bill resulted from their incompetence and bad service. Fiat should review this franchise and get a better more competent garage or their reputation will be as bad as vospers commercial service.

They don't book jobs correctly, they don't follow up and noone ever seems to take responsibility despite numerous phone calls, emails and messages. Get a grip!

In response to vospers reply. At the time I ordered the part, 15th April, there was nothing on the website about them not processing orders. The website look exactly the was it did before lockdown. The website advised methods of contact that didn't work. Vospers response is pathetic. Just like the numerous communications I had with them after I complained on their facebook page they dodge excepting responsibility. This situation was caused by their poor management of the situation. Blaming covid for their failings is pathetic. Other companies manage it. I myself have been monitoring my emails but then again I care about customers
