I am a new user of the website

I am a new user of the website and had a technical problem while ordering tickets. Staff member Amy replied to my email in only hours and personally made an adjustment to my account. I will visit London in June and happily have my theatre tickets in hand.

Easy change of tickets

I had to change tickets because of a clash of surprise birthday arrangements. I used the Change to Booking Request form and was really pleased to get a quick response offering new ticket options and checking that I was happy with these before - again very quickly - booking the new tickets. Thank you Amy!

Gift Token

I booked tickets for the Sinatra Musical and didn't see an option to use my Gift Card Token so therefore had paid the full price. On contacting theatre tickets website Amy was very helpful in solving this issue promptly. I was able to rebook my tickets using my gift card and had my initial ticket costs refunded. Very efficient and prompt replies.

Disaster avoided!

I booked 2 tickets to see Les Miserable to take ky grandaughter who will have the book as her set literature for next term. The tickets were for the Grand Circle, but stupidly I didn't check accsessabilty (I have arthritus and when it dawned on me that they might not have a lift). There are 39 steep stairs to climb abd I panicked that I wouldn't be able to get to the seats and spent several sleepless night worrying, however, back on the website Amy answered my query gave me instructions and sorted out replacement seats in the Dress Circle with stepfree access. Now I can look forward once again.

I have booked wrong dates by mistake…

I have booked wrong dates by mistake and , with only one day in London, I really needed to have the booking changed and also not to lose the money. I was surprised by how quickly my online request was responded to and I was offered the opportunity to buy new tickets and be reimbursed the original
Reservation. The customer care who handled my request, Amy, was so kind and quick to resolve the situation, I cannot thank her enough! Truly a wonderful customer care experience! Thank you!

Not able to attend

I had a family emergency so couldn't attend the performance. I've sent an email to OLT and explained the situation. They replied within 24hours and exchanged my tickets so I could actualy go and see the show. I was so grateful.

Fab customer service

Had to ask for tickets to be exchanged due to the fact I had double booked myself. They sorted this out for me within 3 hours of my form submission! Truly outstanding.

No switching to a less busy date... still unsure why

I had tickets booked for Harry Potter and the Cursed Child and needed to switch them from a Saturday afternoon date to a weekday date. You'd have thought this wouldn't have been an issue as the amount of seats still available for the weekday date is vast. However, the customer service staff were really unhelpful and blunt. This would put me off purchasing from the site in future.

We're sorry to hear you were unhappy with the service and understand your frustration.

Our tickets are sold on a non-refundable and non-transferable basis but we understand that there will be times when a customer can't attend the date they have booked. In these cases, we will always reach out to the theatre in question to see if an exchange is possible; please note that an exchange is never guaranteed. However, we do require contact at least 2 working days before the performance, this is stated on our exchange request form. If we are contacted less than 2 working days before the performance, a theatre won't allow an exchange. Sadly on this occasion, we weren't contacted in time and the theatre could not allow another exchange.

We do offer customers the option to purchase Refund Protection when ordering their tickets. This is a personal cover designed to protect against unforeseen circumstances that might prevents a customer attending the show they have booked. Unfortunately, we can see that this was not purchased alongside the tickets.

We appreciate you taking to time to leave feedback and we do apologise that we could not provide a more positive outcome.

Best experience ever - the only legitimate site!

DO NOT USE ANY OTHER SITES! This is the official site for London Theatre tickets. not a private enterprise that will elevate prices. Bought tickets for Cabaret and Les Mis and had made a huge mistake with one set of them; I somehow accidentally booked for a date I wouldn’t even be in the UK. . Emailed them using the link and Danielle spent days working to get me a new set of tickets for the correct date and no cost to me. Best experience - customer service was above and beyond.
