Hello, no one should order from this company! What they do here is disgusting. You have to fight to get your hard-earned money back, just like the person before me wrote, I also wrote to PayPal to start the return, I ordered a product from them almost 2 months ago, but no response from them. I hope I can get my money back through PayPal, I think unfortunately this has happened to many people with this company. It's sad that we live in such a world and that companies like this are not closed down immediately! No one should order anything from this company!!!!!!!

This is a SCAM company, stay away.
I've bought parts for my car on 2025-11-20 and as soon as I got the confirmation email I noticed I've been scammed. The email came from partgenuine.com but at the end of the body the message "Thanks for using oemmparts.com" raised the red flag.
Since then I've been trying to call, email, sms with no answer at all.
Also, the transaction was processed as a GUEST transaction in paypal and the recipient was "*OEMM UAB".

I have contacted paypal to start a dispute and try to get my money back but I hope this serves as an alert to everyone out there. DON'T BUY from this company.

Zero contact, zero product, zero money.

I've ordered two parts for my car and they sent just one. I've tried to contact them per E-mail, Phone and Web Site, no answer at all, just ignoring contact.
No support to customer.

“This company is fraudulent. They accepted my payment but never delivered the product I paid for, and they have completely ignored all my calls and emails requesting a refund. They do not respond at all after taking your money. I strongly warn others not to trust this company — they will take your money and disappear without providing what they promised.”
