I cannot thank Richard Parker and the team at PartBox / Coordsport enough for their help recently. My situation was incredibly complicated, involving a specific clutch requirement for my Ford Focus ST/RS, but the level of service I received was outstanding.

Richard and the team didn't just sell me a part; they actively worked with me and the supplier (Competition Clutch USA) to find a solution. Richard went to extraordinary lengths, even breaking up a sealed kit to send me just the specific pressure plate I initially needed. Later, when it turned out I needed the full kit, they sent that out immediately without hesitation.

Unfortunately, due to unforeseen mechanical damage on my vehicle (flywheel and transfer case issues), I ultimately had to return everything. Despite this resulting in no final sale for them after all that work, their attitude remained professional, gracious, and helpful throughout the return process.

It is rare to find a company—and individuals like Richard—willing to put in this much effort, time, and flexibility for a customer. If you need performance parts, go to them; they will truly look after you. Highly recommended!

Had good business with this shop. Just make sure to reach out for contact if you have any concerns and realise that special car parts often have long lead times from the manufacturer.

Ordered a little gasket 2 weeks ago, payment was immediately from my bankaccount.
However the order never arrived,
nor did i get any status updates,
nor did i get even a confirmation of the order...

Also contacted them, with a crappy email form. investigating if something was wrong. This which never got answered.

- Now i still do not have the part!
- My money is gone
- They do not answer

-Update- contact finally made, they will find a solution. I will wait a week for this solution.

Bought a very expensive exhaust from this company. Their chosen courier (Tuffnels) said they had delivered, but there was no package left and the picture taken was of a neighbour’s house. Part-Box refused to give a refund until the courier conducted an investigation, despite my contract being with them and not their chosen courier. They tried to fob me off with T&Cs but the T&Cs didn’t have anything stating they don’t refund until their courier investigated the matter (which took weeks with no response). I then did a credit card chargeback, which they even initially tried to decline. After nearly 4 months I have now finally been told by my card company that they have accepted this. I have never dealt with such an unprofessional company, who thought they could baffle me with T&Cs and keep hold of my money for something I never got. Avoid!!!!

Just been on the phone to part box. Excellent customer service after I ordered the wrong part. Resolved my problem couldn't recommend enough. 👌

I've used this company a few times now for various engine components.
Great pricing, and if you have any questions about stock etc, they've answered quickly via facebook messenger.

I've bought pistons, main and connecting rod bearings.
Deliveries were very quick.
