Good BESTMOW support team

I was having some issues connecting the BESTMOW to my internet router. I called customer support, and they responded quickly, walked me through, and debugged every step to connect the mower RTK to my router network. The mower was running and kept my yard nice, even, and clean cut. I am very happy with the support I got from the BESTMOW support team.

I am very happy with value

I bought this in the first place because the large professional mowers damaged the lawn and left tread marks. I have 1.5 acres of irregular lawn and it took me a couple of tries to setup and get the look I wanted. The support chat was very useful in helping. Now that I am good at it, the mower runs great. It's durable and low maintenance. I am very satified with the value.

I've had my unit for a little over a…

I've had my unit for a little over a week and so far I'm very impressed with bestmow. Truth be told I wasn't even looking for a robot mower until my buddy turned me on to bestmow. Once I started doing a little research, I determined that I wanted to give bestmow a shot. And after having it for almost 2 weeks now, I am not sorry about that decision.
The setup was pretty easy. The results have so far blown my mind. My yard looks fantastic. It's early in the season, but I'm fairly confident it's going to be that way all year long. The best thing is, is it takes mowing off of my plate.
Customer service has been great to deal with. I had one slight issue during my initial setup where I ended up bending the the tow pole that they sent with the unit. Unfortunately, I was not completely done mapping out my entire yard. After letting customer service know about the bent pole, they promptly decided to send out a new one.
Bottom line is I definitely recommend these to someone that's looking for a robotic mower.

Once I got the bestmow t100,it has been…

Once I got the bestmow t100,it has been a wonderful addition to my home. I live on 3 acres , approx mowing area is just around 2 acres, 5 large trees by the house.
I installed the RTK antenna on my rooftop chimmney. above the tree line!! T100 has moved to the very edge of my property. Saturday, I had it mow all night!! Was so exciting to see Sunday morning the map section was perfect! and the T100 was back to full charge.
my grass was very tall, first mowing of the year, and it handled it like a champ.

My middle-aged man experience

My review

Patient staff, necessary for the initial setup, but then it works.

Still some fine tuning to do, but that's on me like telling it to mow this certain piece of grass in a certain direction so as not to get stuck trying to get up a hump when it can just go parallel to it.

Other issues, it has a bit of a time trying to navigate and overcome some large pine tree roots on the ground, but generally gets through.

I've about a half an acre of actual grass to cut and it appears to me after about two cuts I needed to flip the blades as you could see actual pitting on them over time.

But you can flip and at least get two uses out of them. So four cuts in my case. It's like changing a shaving razor, and it's pretty easy.

So far, pretty amazing little device.

It does the job so I don't have to!

That's some ad slogan from the 70s I think.

Going to try to move the base to a different location, that's going require relearning for me. Clean up the power cables. Properly mount the GPS antenna, too.

Almost easier to just do a factory reset if I can find it.

Here's the bottom line on living with this robot.

You have to learn a whole new language or interface with the robot and the app.

Once you get that down, one can interact with the thing more effectively.

By the way, like the voice, needs to be way louder though.

But once you do, then the curious nature of the thing is observed.

Like a farm animal it moves around initially, sometimes hunting and pecking, until it finds its path and gets into a groove on the area selected to mow.

Honestly, it's a bit erry watching this thing "think" its way around. It stops, starts, stops, twists, stops again, then moves. It's very bewildering acting almost like an ant bouncing off whatever as it moves across the plain.

I have four areas.

A couple of critiques though, get rid of the "Ipod" looking motion control and replace it with two levers like driving a remote control tank. Much more precise to drive.

And by the way, appearance matters. Play into that, come out with a bright yellow one, or red.

The thing has loads of personality with it's actual four eyes looking a bit like a legless star wars spider droid, but it's stuck in this 80s IBM pc grey casing.

Make 'em fun. Decorate them. Put feathers on them, racing stripes, bull horns, anything!

Create a customer contest. Get a site sharing images.

They might as well be yard art if they're going to be permanently run and mounted outside.

Don't forget to mention the live camera viewing on the thing, too.

I honestly didn’t expect to be this…

I honestly didn’t expect to be this impressed, but my BestMow robot mower has completely changed the game for my yard. It’s incredibly easy to set up, runs quietly, and keeps my lawn looking perfectly maintained without me lifting a finger. The cut is consistently even, and it handles my yard’s layout way better than I thought a robot mower could. It’s like having a full-time lawn service built into one sleek machine.

What really blew me away, though, was the customer support. Every question I had was answered quickly and thoroughly, and they actually took the time to walk me through things instead of giving generic responses. You can tell they stand behind their product and genuinely care about their customers. That level of support is rare these days.

If you’re on the fence about getting a robot mower, this is absolutely worth it. Between the performance and the top-tier customer service, BestMow has earned a customer for life.

It does ok not perfect but it saves me…

It does ok not perfect but it saves me time and back aching work, but mine has now stopped charging and I have been waiting about 3 weeks for a new adapter to be shipped to me and my grass is just growing in about 2 weeks idk if the best mow will be able to cut the grass.

I am new to Bestmow and so far I am…

I am new to Bestmow and so far I am impressed with their responsiveness and patience. I bought Bestmow about a month ago and the package arrived about a week ago. So I am in the process of setting it up. So far I really like their packaging and the instructions included are very easy to follow.
Additionally they also provide in-line tutorials through the app as you are setting up so if you get stuck, you are able to watch a quick video on how to get unstuck instead of digging through the manual. I don’t have anything against the manual either. The manual is well put together as well and I plan to dig in to get advanced features setup. If you are in a hurry and just want to get to the specific area of concern the app is a go to.
So far I am very with my purchase.

I decided to give this whole robotic…

I decided to give this whole robotic mower a try with a Thanksgiving Day sale. The set up was very easy and straight forward. I’m still working on scheduling. Now that we are in the grow season I’m pushing it pretty hard. About to do my first blade change but all in all it’s been a positive experience. I did not need to do a precut as I started in cold season so getting the height etc didn’t challenge things. I am going with keeping running everyday in 3 different zones. One is only a 3 hour cut. The other 2 are 16 hr each. The little feller stays with it cycling through recharge and resume with out a hitch.

Holy shitballs batman

Holy shitballs batman! This thing is awesome. The mapping part took a bit of map/error/delete/remap bs, however, once the mapping is done, you got yourself a sweet lawnmower that you don't have to babysit. I've used it day/night/programmed/bluetooth/etc... My grass was high at first so some weedwacker time and let Mow-isha or Mow-Hamid as my bro likes to say, get on with it. Uneven yard, no problem. If you have tufts of thick weedy grasses, get that crap with the weedeater. She will not get it until it is ground level. Customer service is great also. The blade adapter broke (it is plastic) and they are shipping a new one out, plus the blades that were missing from my order. Overall, I'm not cutting grass, and my yard doesnt look white trashy, so it's a 10 + in my book!

I’ve had my BESTMOW since last fall…

I’ve had my BESTMOW since last fall when they went on sale. So far it has done a fantastic job at keeping my yard looking better than I could with my zero turn. It does have a little bit of a learning curve but with this last update they did it has greatly improved the maping and the ability to alter it without redoing it by dragging it. I’ve talked to customer service several times and have always been met with respect and the answer or part that I needed sent out at no cost and quickly (I have a 1.5 acre yard so I go through blades faster than the average person). All in all I’m very happy with my purchase the customer service has been A+ and my yard looks great.

Great product!

I recently purchased a Bestmow mower and I’m thoroughly impressed. The software isn’t particularly intuitive, but once I figured it out it’s fine. I have a friend who bought a competitor’s AWD mower because his yard has a beach and some other challenges, so he felt AWD would be necessary. I don’t know how well the Bestmow would work in his yard, but we both agree that the 2WD Bestmow is more gentle on the grass when turning around. I had a couple of questions and found the Bestmow support staff to be very responsive and helpful. I highly recommend the Bestmow mower.

I purchased a bestmow unit and it worked perfectly. Then one day it would not get an rtk signal. Discovering it qas a cut cable i contacted the customer service. Even though it was not 100% a product issue the promtly ordered a replacement. Great customer service
