I live in Hove and recently had all new front sash windows fitted by Parsons Joinery / Wandsworth Sash Windows. I'm extremely pleased with the end result.

Initially, I was quite nervous about spending such a significant amount of money, but from start to finish the team were excellent and completely put me at ease. Their communication, professionalism, and attention to detail were outstanding throughout the process.

The quality of the windows is superb and has exceeded my expectations, and just as importantly, the team were genuinely friendly and a pleasure to have around. Everything looks fantastic and has really transformed the front of the house.

I’m absolutely delighted with the work and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them. In fact, I’m already recommending them to all my neighbours.

Superb attention to detail was required when installing the sash windows having to be empathetic to the style and period of my Edwardian property. This was especially important for me to ensure that the new sashes would operate smoothly within the existing window frames, as over time there has been movement with the house, which resulted in bespoke measurements and care to be taken.
The service and the brilliance of their expertise was always very open and informative, spoken with a warm, friendly and good natured human manner. This gave the whole experience minimal stress and the whole team are extremely trustworthy.
The Quality of work is of a considerably of high standard. I can not be more pleased with the service and result.
I could not recommend them more, if you are in need this trade, then I absolutely really would look no further..

I recently engaged Parsons Joinery for the installation of wooden sash windows in my home. The team were professional throughout the project, from initial site visit, through all correspondence and to final delivery and fit. The installers were friendly and skilled in onsite joinery, contributing positively to the overall experience.

The windows themselves are well-made, reflecting a high standard of craftsmanship. It's worth noting that the manufacturing process took 20 weeks. However, this long lead time did result in a quality product that improved the warmth, safety, and appearance of my home.

Replacing old windows, especially when they are integral to a house's structure, is inherently messy and disruptive. While Parsons Joinery did generate a considerable amount of dust, their team made commendable efforts to minimise disruption and manage the mess effectively.

For those considering new sash windows, Parsons Joinery offers a service that balances quality craftsmanship with professional installation. Prospective customers should be aware of the extended manufacturing time and the inherent messiness of the installation process, but these are part and parcel of getting new, well-made windows installed.

Parsons Joinery and their sister company Wandsworth Sash Windows have been great and easy to work with, from my initial enquiry through to installation. The quality of the joinery of our windows and door and expert, friendly installation team were outstanding. I honestly do not hesitate in giving them a wholehearted recommendation.

Parsons Joinery installed 7 sash windows to the front of my home. Lovely job, friendly fitters and the work has made a massive difference to my home. Also a couple of casement windows installed elsewhere, just small ones. All in all very pleased with Parsons Joinery. A couple of criticisms I would have is that the lead time for windows is quite long and also I was expecting all the work to be done in one day but they needed closer to a week and a half to install everything…but once the fitters were on site I saw them working hard and there is a lot involved so maybe I should have expected the installation to take longer than just one day! Nevertheless, very happy to leave this 5 star review which is well-deserved.

Fantastic result from the team at Parsons Joinery. We had six windows replaced, all of them sash windows and all of the sash windows with bars. Very happy with the work done and the way I was helped throughout the process by Parsons Joinery.

I have been a customer of Wandsworth Windows (WSW) and Parsons Joinery for about 3 years and could not be more pleased with both companies. They are a family owned and run business and they act like a family business – personal, honest and a fervour for fine workmanship. The Joinery and WSW installed some new sash windows for me in my terrace home of 1840 vintage. I was originally visited by Tony, the father, who was a wonderful guy but has sadly now passed away. But his sons, Matthew and Nathan, have taken up the mantel and run the business in the same way with high standards and unbelievable personal attention to detail and to customer’s problems. Sometime after my windows were installed, I encountered small problems necessitating someone to visit my house for some remedial work. The Smith Bros did not hesitate to keep their word about standing behind their work and had remedial fitter come quickly to correct the small problems. There was never a moment of hesitation and never a bill for this work. I would unreservedly recommend Wandsworth Windows and Parson Joinery for any residential joinery and sash window work.

We got Parsons Joinery in during a big renovation project. After seeing the indifference with which some of the other trades treated our home the guys from Parsons Joinery were a refreshing change. They were very careful when moving everything into position not to damage anything and they did a great job

We recently had Parson’s work on our house and we couldn’t be happier with the result and service. We had all our sash windows replaced throughout and it has made a big difference to the sound and heat insulation.

Excellent in every way. I had these guys round to restore my windows and they have been excellent throughout. Great honest chat with the surveyor. Easy to communicate with them by phone and by email and the final result of the job was perfect. Really excellent.
