James arrived to fix the shower which would not turn off (except when the stopcock was turned off). On investigation the internal plastic dial was loose which meant it moved which meant it did not grip the water pipe. After a bit of brilliant improvisation, James fixed the issue and everything is back to normal. Brilliant service: common sense used at every point, friendly, polite, really can't ask for more. Highly recommended.

FastPlumbingLTD responded to my enquiry quickly, attending the call out the same day I called them. The plumber / respondent was friendly and speedy with attending to my case.

As a point of improvement, FastPlumbing should try to make their prices proportionate to the services they provide, as the plumber completed a very simple washing machine hose connection in 10 minutes and charged me £100, which is too expensive.

Had Dean and the team from Fast fix to renovate our bathroom, from start to finish I cannot recommend enough. Polite, professional and arriving each day as agreed.
From planning, to the refit Dean listened to the effect we wanted to achieve and actioned within budget….there were a few unexpected hiccups, living in a 100 year old property will do that, but the team just worked out a solution and carried on.
After just over a week we have been left with amazing, modern bathroom and even better the team cleaned up after themselves leaving no mess behind at all.

Fastfix have been our local supplier for the last few years for plumbing, joinery and anything we need. Workmanship is of excellent quality and staff are the upmost respectful to our clients. Yes we do recommend this company to you. Both Dan and Dean go that extra mile. Nothing is too much trouble and response rate for emergency works is quick. Thank you Fastfix.

Very quick to come and fix a leak through our ceiling, arrived within 30mins of us phoning. Very nice and helpful guy, found the fault, went to buy parts and came back to fit them. Went over and above to ensure everything was fitted and sealed correctly, would highly recommend.

Dean and the team at Fast Fix carried out a full overhaul of my tired rental property to get it ready for sale, they really went above and beyond what can be expected. Prices were extremely reasonable and nothing was too much trouble.
