My initial view is that the pre-sales team respond quickly to enquiries. The purchase went ahead quickly and efficiently and the watch was delivered quickly. The watch (Vacheron-style automatic) appears to be as described and to be of good quality. Timekeeping at present is a little fast (c. 10 sec per day) which may settle down.

Hello, I would like to share my excellent experience with PARNIS watches. I am a great fan of Swiss watches and a very conservative style of mechanical watches for WWII pilots. However, I do not have a budget of at least 5-10,000 USD for the iconic IWC Big Pilot watch. That's why I bought a great honor from PARNIS Big Pilot 47mm A9467, beautiful watch, excellently made, with outstanding ST3600 movement. I've been using the watch for 18 months 24 hours a day and I'm testing accuracy. I can share an incredible experience: Currently, I can show the last 90 measurements shows the accuracy of -0.47 sec / day, if I only measure the last 30 days accuracy, it averages incredible -0.28 sec / day and the change between days in absolute value is about 0.7sec. This game is just a bonus for which I thank PARNIS, the main thing is the pleasure of beautiful watches, the value of which is many times higher than the price at which they are offered with full service.

Bang for buck they can't be beat. Just received my 3rd order. After realizing the watch was a bit too big for my wrist, was able to exchange it for a different model within 6 or 7 days. Very happy with the quality of the products and their customer service.

Wonderful product. A great homage, looks brilliant, very well made yet such a good price. Beautifully presented and promptly despatched.
I had a small problem with the fit of the strap and communication was excellent, very helpful and attentive and the product was promptly replaced.

I have ordered a great watch from Parnis, which has a high quality workmanship. It's my first mechanical watch, and certainly not the last. The payment was via Paypal, so with full buyer protection. Since I had no problems with the order, I would recommend the shop to my family and friends. The shipping was fast and always traceable by the tracking id. The Parnis service was courteous and very polite, there is nothing to complain about.

1. Edit: Aftersale has to improve. So far there are no answers to my requests. Hence a star deduction. I will keep you up-to-date.

2. Edit: I ordered a second watch, but got the wrong model. Until now, there are no answers to my requests. Still waiting patiently for a solution. If parnis.org can't handle my request, I will send the model back and try to get my money back from PayPal.

3. Edit: spelling.

4. After month of waiting, accepting I won‘t get my model, my watch stopped working. Customer Service won‘t answering, i‘m sad and disappointed. Never again! Parnis should be banned from any retailer in europe!

The price value and design from Paris is incredibly good. There is absolutely no reason to pay 20_50 times price for similar so called branded watches. I have had no problems , only compliments for their products.

I ordered a watch trough the site, although it might have been a little delay on the delivery (no more than 1 day) the customer service responded and fixed the problem within the 24h of my demand...
When I received the watch, it was as described by the site, no more, no less... The goods sold are great and they absolutely do the trick !
I'm about to order some more watches on it !

After placing my order via Parnis.org, I noticed that only a single update was reflected online after 6-7 business days. I contacted customer service via email and in less than two days I received a detailed response from a rep and the latest online updates. My impression is that the holdup was at the port of entry and not the vendor's doing. A few days later I received my Parnis Caliber N, a beautifully elegant automatic that's a great value for the price. I haven't used it long enough to judge its durability, but so far all its mechanisms and dial complications work just fine. I'm very impressed by the value. Chances are I'll be buying another Parnis very soon for my collection.

The watch arrived in 3 days after its shipment, well packaged and perfectly matching the description. I'm happy.

Okay watch for the price, but warranty is a lie. I bought a Parnis Topgun B1 which broke after 2 months. It was laying on a table and got heated by the sun, which caused the glass to crack without any mechanical influence. Customer service replied after the second mail but did not help nor believe my description of how the watch broke. I would not recommend parnis watches if you pay the "premium" parnis.org price.
