Most of the reviews below quite frankly are very surprising. I only deal with one dealer in Hong Kong. I've purchased all of their homage watches and not one has ever failed and is keeping perfect time with 72 hour power reserves. I've had issues with the bracelet at time. I email them snd they ship another at no cost. Their a great company and have tremendous value.

DO NOT BUY THESE PRODUCTS!

I bought a watch from Parnis and when it was delivered to me, it was faulty. The watch loses more than 2 hours of time every 24 hours. They made me prove it didn't work in like every possible way before just ignoring my emails. Terrible product, terrible customer service, borderline scam. From other reviews I've read it looks like it's a real lottery with their products. Sadly I lost, no watch, I've lost money and they won't even compensate. They won't even let me send the watch back, this should tell you everything.

Bought a parnis watch. It never worked properly. Each Day the watch stop at 9h40.wrote to customer services, cannot find my invoice, so they
cannot do nothing. Worst watch Cie. Never again i Will buy their watches. They do not respect customer.

PARNIS.ORG is not working anymore, I buy from their official store on Ali Express. However I have 2 Parnis watches using since 2019, both are in excellent conditions, no qc issue, no complain. Value for money.

I bought a Parnis watch that is a "tribute" (or knock-off!) of the Rolex Oyster. I was pleasantly surprised at the quality and specification of a £100 watch. It has features you can only dream about on a similarly priced Seiko - screw-in crown, solid bracelet links, display back and sapphire glass. Even has a good quality Japanese Miyota movement. Now I'm going to buy the black version to go with it. Amazing value - as long as it keeps ticking! - so far so good. ps it's a 36mm so good unisex size. Looks good on my wrist. Nicki

I have 3 Parnis automatic watches all purchased on ebay for about $130 AUD. Look, work and feel great. I quite like them.

Parnis make really good watches for the money. They have a ok movement, sapphire crystal and ceramic bezel. All for around £150. I own x3 GMT and a Fleiger type B. All good. Although they are a bit hit and miss on QC sometimes. I would defo recommend.

Third review - 14 months after buying 2 Parnis watches
... who cares? There is no webshop/website any more... they are probably building new one for fresh start and same old business model...

I do not usually write reviews but after reading some of the negative responses, I consider it a duty to remind everyone there is a lot of funny people around. Parnis is providing us with a much needed reminder that whilst there are people who are able to spend thousands the vast majority are unable and yet some people still squabble. I think Parnis does a pretty good job and everyone should say 'Thank you'.

If I could I would have given them zero!! Placed an order with them on the 7th March. After chasing for a delivery I received an email on 11th of March saying the watch had been held in customs with no reason given and no planned release date. If I wanted I could receive a credit and choose another watch. This I did. On the 13th March I received confirmation of my order.

Despite several emails requesting delivery update, still no watch or confirmed delivery date. I have now demanded a full refund. I will probably get another email apologising profusely and that the parcel is on its way. Too late Parnis. Absolutely appalling service.

I purchaced militar armada watch from parnis.org,
The watch arrived very fast after 3 days from the order was placed.
Very impressive and heavy watch,
Very polished and beautiful.
Excellent quality and a superior design.

Bought the Parnis deep sea sterile version. The watch arrived and all looked well. 2 days after use the loom on the bezel fell, one of the bracelet pins fell as well (luckily happend when my hand was on a table, so the watch didnt fell) and after closely examining the watch, I saw staines on the glass inside the watch. Also the watch's glass is not made out of saphire. I contacted their customer service in order to return the watch and get my money back, they refused and offered me to ship it for repair. Reading all the reviews here made me understand that I made a big mistake. I strongly recomend not to purchase Parnis watches. Poor quality and terrible customer service.

I bought Parnis Yachat watch. Acually i surprised with high quality of taking details. The steel quality from high grade. For sure i will buy another one soon (Parnis GMT).

My watch a Daytona 07 arrived in very good time. When I un-boxed it I was once again very impressed with the high quality of the piece. This is my second Parnis having previously bought the GMT Pepsi. Both watches are my favourites and I wear them with great pride.I prefer to buy directly from Parnis as I believe I am receiving their 1st grade quality.

Watch arrived could not use the tracking number when web told me it was delivered but I finally received the watch.watch looks very good but some sharp edges

Great Product and Customer Support

I ordered my third watch on February 25 and did not receive a tracking
number and ship date. This was unusual based on my prior experiences and thought this may be due to the existing flu issues .

I reached out to customer support requesting when I could expect a ship date an tracking number, To my surprise I had a reply within a half hour stating they would investigate and reply next day. I received a reply from Lisa Cheung who advised me my watch is on it;s way. I couldn't have been happier with the customer support and Lisa's personal effort.

Based on the quality of watches I've purchased and exceptional customer service I definitely recommend Parnis.

Edit: What a joke. Biggest waste of money ever. Do not order though parnis.org the watch is a piece of crap. No Sapphire. And the movement is not a Japanese Miyota. It's Chinese knock off movement full of plastic. I can see pink plastic in my movement. Wth

Hi there,
just got my Militare 30, on time, packaging & watch in perfect condition. The update for CoronaVirus was helpful, explaining the delay. The watch looks great, good feeling on the wrist. I'll be wearing it to see performance from watch & leather strap. If OK I would love to order another one. As far as this was my first ever purchase from Parnis - so far so good!
