Bought a multitool, used it twice, it then stopped working. Correct oil/fuel mix, sparking, not flooded. Contacted customer services who stated on their website they respond within 8 hours, no response received, a week later had to call customer services who then replied to my email informing me the machine was flooded! A YouTube video was sent showing how to sort the flooded machine, I replied having gone through their procedure to let them know it wasn’t flooded. At this point they requested a video to prove I had followed their process! Duly sent and now still waiting to hear back from customer services. Appalling service, cheap rubbish machines, save your money and buy a quality product, I certainly won’t be buying anymore junk from this company. The customer service is also atrocious.

Order out on time . Its the second strimmer I've had from this company, the last one was completely wore out. Due to several years of hard work , it never went wrong at all. That's why I've invested again in parker

Great product and very fast delivery

Purchased and Parkerbrand petrol scarifier and it as expected a great product/ The machine and engine are the same as a Webb version which I also have but wanted one to airiate in the spring and one for the Autumn to dethatch so it saves changing the the tines all the time .Most these machines are the same all built in China so Parkerbrand is a good choice 👌

Product come quickly , but disliked it was not built up , with no instructions . Also fan guard on motor was damaged. Once together it operated fine .

Have several Parker Brand pieces of equipment, all very good quality, guaranteed, super fast delivery, spares and back up if needed, prices are very good, I always look there first before buying, many thanks Phil

I would never use this company again. The customer support is very poor. Attempted to return an item under statutory rights to be told numerous times the complaint cannot be upheld. I went to my bank for a charge back, which parkerbrand appealed and following a successful appeal by myself the decision was made in my favor. Following this successful appeal in May, I received further contact in July by Parkerbrand threatening legal recourse for an item they failed to collect in the first place.

Ordered on wednesday delivered on thursday that is fast

Purchased an expensive set of garage multi-tool storage/worktop unit (cabinet, trolley, table, worktop) with Parker. I was hesitating ordering from them as I didn't know this brand at all.
Anyway, order came. The items are packed poorly! They packed the 2 heavy trolley drawers inside the cabinet and the other heavy parts too. The worst thing of all, they put it in the pallet with the door facing down!!! So obviously the cabinet was damaged heavily.
Turning the cabinet to open it took 2 men, that we have to get help! Taking things out from the cabinet was really hard too. It was badly packed!
I contacted them immediately and asked for a replacement. They replied to ask for loads of photos. I sent them all, then they asked again! I sent them all again.
Then they told me that I have to repack the tall cabinet and put it back in the pallet so they can rearrange for pick up and they will replace it. It was raining when they delivered it and the box was wet so we discard it as it's no use.
I told them why can't they just send a replacement then pick up the damaged one at the same time, but they didn't. They made it all so hard for me. They won't pick it up without it being wrapped up knowing it was damaged. I am afraid of sending the tall cabinet back as they may not send me a new one. Their customer service is worse, after I complained, I started receiving a lot of spam emails. Such a coincidence after I have been contacted by an Indian customer service from them, I am not being racist. Because I had a surgery, I told them that I will keep the damaged item but they have to give back some credit but they just said that they will give me 5% discount if I purchase something from them!!! Why would I do that?? Why would I buy from them again after my experience when I don't need to buy anything! Now, I am stuck with a damaged item! I warn you from ordering from them!

I selected the product based on price, description and consumer reviews.

After just using the strimmer over a 2 hour period I can summarise as below :
- ordering and delivery was simple and easy
- assembly easy with an excellent user manual
- easy start, two pulls on choke and then 1 extra. Clean start.
- once clipped into the harness, well balanced and easy to operate with good cutting performance
- competed well against much more expensive products

Overall I’m delighted with the product quality and performance.

Only downside is that it is a little cumbersome to attach to the harness but I expect this will improve with familiarity.

I cannot recommend highly enough.

We have been using Parker products for maintenance and management on our estate for some years.
We currently have a number of the 52cc brush cutters in use and find them excellent for maintaining large areas of very long grass and bracken especially on rough ground and slopes.
We are still running a number of machines in excess of five years old without issues and with minimal servicing requirements.
For the price, we have found these brush cutters are unbeatable, and performance is certainly on par with machines from other major manufacturers costing considerably more.
Servicing is straightforward and all parts are available directly from the Parker website.
The latest brush cutter was ordered on a Sunday evening and was delivered (to the Highlands) on the following Wednesday.
Brilliant service, no hassle and excellent communication from Parker regarding the order and delivery.
Having used Parker products for a number of years we know our latest experience is not a "one off" as we have never had a bad experience when dealing with them.

The unit assembly was quite straight forward and it started second pull so far so good. I like the handle height adjustment. The mower is quite powerful and can drive at a very fast speed if you want.
