Easy and comfortable

Parking lot could be opened and closed via smartphone which worked perfectly fine. The parking lot is very spacious and it was easy to find a spot. I‘d definitely recommend using ParkBee to park your car in a city.

Bee parking heathrow Airport

Bee parking heathrow Airport. My car was parking there for 15 days.
My phone and a back pack with some important was stolen.
I have contact the company and they replied with the policy its clear to not leave any value object inside the car...

Please if are reading this be aware that your car will be fully search inside by the employees... and robbed.

Parking was easy

Parking was easy, once we found the lot. The signs weren’t very obvious though. We drove past it twice before we saw where to go. Also, the wording was a little unclear about how to make sure exits and reentry into the lot. That said, it worked out very well for us. Thanks!

I could not access the car space I had…

I could not access the car space I had booked and paid for, the street was blocked and could not turn into the church where I booked. I have tried contacting Park Bee as I need a refund
