Excellent service with Paris Attitude. It is a great way to rent a place online for people outside France.
It has amazing offers for rental places, they are verified by professionals and the quality the apartments they offer is outstanding.

Broker was wonderful, document website difficult
The website was very difficult for uploading documents. When I needed to add more or revise what I uploaded, it kept reverting to the original documents. I re-did it at least 4 days in a row. That was very frustrating. I eventually had to email documents which wasn’t secure so that was not good. And, It took a while to get everything sorted to stay in English instead of reverting to French each time.

Greedy agency with poor service
We rented the apartment on Rue de Domrémy for two years and thoroughly enjoyed both the space and our relationship with the landlord. Unfortunately, our experience with Paris Attitude was the exact opposite—consistently difficult, inefficient, and exasperating.
Take, for instance, the time the toilet developed a leak that required a plumber. Paris Attitude took several days to respond to what was clearly a basic maintenance issue, demonstrating a stunning lack of urgency or professionalism.
But the final straw came when they demanded an outrageous €2,000 “renewal fee” just to extend our lease by 10 months—on a property that rents for €1,600 a month. This shameless price gouging was not only unjustifiable but deeply insulting, especially given our record as responsible, long-term tenants.
We chose not to renew the lease on principle. The landlord, understandably disappointed, was left to lose reliable tenants—not because of the apartment or the relationship, but because of Paris Attitude’s blatant greed and poor service.

Regarding the leak you experienced, it is the owner's responsibility to call in a qualified craftsman. Paris Attitude doesn't have full management of its apartments, so we can't initiate this kind of work directly.
Concerning our service charges, we see in your file that you have requested an extension for more than a year, not for 10 months. As you have already extended your contract in the past, you were well aware of how our fees work, since they are calculated as a percentage of the rent.
We are sorry that this has affected your perception of the quality of our services and remain available for any future inquiries.

Needed to book accommodations tout de suite after another arrangement fell through. Paris Attitude process was transparent, quick, and within 24h I had all of the documents I needed for my visa application.
