Extremely poor experience with Parimatch India. I deposited money via UPI QR on 20th February, and it has been more than 20 days, but the funds are still not credited to my wallet.
I have already submitted the VIDEO PROOF of my bank statement and transaction as requested by their team 2 days ago, but I am only getting scripted replies. They are holding my money illegally.

This is a warning to everyone: DO NOT DEPOSIT here. Their support is useless and they don't value their customers. Resolve my issue immediately or I will escalate this to the Licensing Authority and Consumer Forum.

I deposit and the money don't credit and if we go to customer care bot is speaking and raise ticket 2 days ago and no respond from them.I think my 1000 is gone such a worst app stole our deposited money.

My 6000 INR withdrawal made on 17/02/2026 is still pending. Ticket ID 77473627 , Player ID 830530514. I have already submitted my bank statement and all required details, but they keep saying "third-party delay" with no timeline. The worst part is that they do not reply on Trustpilot either, which shows lack of transparency and customer support. I had a balance of 2500 MAD on my account, and suddenly it was reduced to 0MAD without any clear explanation or justification.

It has now been more than one month, and despite contacting customer support multiple times, I still have no proper clarification or resolution. The responses I receive are repetitive and do not address the issue.

This situation is extremely frustrating because it feels like my money was taken without transparency. A betting platform should be able to clearly explain any balance adjustment, but that has not happened in my case.

Customer support has been very unhelpful, and the lack of communication makes the situation even worse.
