Over 8 months no refund no amount credit in parimatch wallet

Im using this site from last 3 years . Good site. No issue with deposits and withdrawals. The problem is some times inr withdraw not available, only available for some hours in a day. But overall good

Bonuses are available and reasonably structured. The terms are easy to understand, and nothing feels misleading or overly complicated. While the bonuses aren’t aggressive, they feel fair and usable, which I personally prefer.

I had a horrible experience with this company. I’ve played on here for four years and I’ve used e-transfers to withdraw every time about two weeks ago. They made me use crypto when I had no idea how to use it and then they put it in a currency that I can’t even get in Canada and now they just say the money is lost after all this time I would not recommend the site to anyone. The changeover has been horrible and the bonuses are horrible and they didn’t even offer to refund me the money that they lost. Stay away at all cost.

Email support from the support is waste of use and almost I sent 75 e-mails to the support team and in each and every email the gave reply as working on it and no use of it .
Just passing the time with stupid and concrete template which was no use .
My experience to all the users please don't trust the PARIMATCH just taking amount and passing the time with stupid and useless replies which are not usefull.

I’ve been a long-time Parimatch user and currently sit at Level 18 in their loyalty program. I’ve deposited and played consistently over the years, and to be fair, there were things I genuinely liked, a wide variety of games and historically smooth withdrawals.

But here’s the reality now: once something goes wrong, you’re completely on your own.

Let’s start with customer support, because this is where everything breaks.

Their chat system is designed in a way that makes it difficult to even reach a human. You’re constantly pushed through help articles and predefined options. And when you finally manage to connect with a live agent after digging through layers, it gets worse:

- You’re either put on long, unnecessary holds
- Given robotic, copy-paste responses
- Or told “this has been forwarded to the relevant team”

And that’s where it ends. No follow-up. No resolution. Ever.

Email support is no better.

- Their general support email? You’ll never hear back.
- Their VIP support (which I’m eligible for as a Level 18 player)? Responds once in a while, only to say “we are reviewing your case and will get back shortly” , and then nothing.

You are simply forgotten.

Now coming to the core issue in my case, "cashback".

For months, my cashback has either been inconsistent or completely missing, despite significant play and losses. I’ve been chasing this for days with no clarity, no breakdown, no explanation.

And then, unbelievably, their VIP support suddenly claimed that my account details are “not updated on their end” and asked me to contact general support, even though:

- I am a verified user for years
- My account clearly reflects my activity
- I am a high-tier loyalty (Level 18) member

Despite sharing all details again, they continued with the same response. No ownership, no effort to resolve.

At that point, it became clear, this platform no longer values its users.

What’s worse is that I’ve already submitted a request to close my account, including signed ID documents exactly as requested (per their help articles). And yet, there has been complete silence. No acknowledgement, no progress.

Even after informing chat support that I would take this to social platforms if ignored, the response remained the same, empty assurances, no action. And this time I am not asking for cashbacks, that's been forgotten and so I have decided to end ties with Parimatch and all I need is my account closed permanently.

That’s why I’m writing this here.

If you are considering playing on Parimatch, understand this clearly:

Everything feels fine, until you need support.
And when that moment comes, there is no system in place to actually help you.

For comparison, I recently moved to Stake. Within a few days, I reached Silver level. Their weekly and monthly rewards are consistent, rakebacks are transparent, and overall communication feels far more reliable.

Yes, they may not have few providers live game available in my region, but what they offer in terms of transparency and trust is far ahead of what I’ve experienced here recently.

I never thought I’d say this after years of playing on Parimatch, but I feel completely let down, even betrayed.
